本人於5.3日18:20左右在前台辦理入住全季酒店（同安環城南路店）。前台是2位女性服務員接待，直接被告知我遲於18點後無法入住（沒有詢問有確認訂單的情況下直接説不行），而後經過反覆解釋前台才勉強清楚辦理入住；又後被告知需21:30前需要辦理退房，詢問是否有相關規定手冊或通知，拿不出來，改口為可以22:00退房，21:30隻是人多時建議客户退房時間。簡單的辦理入住流程變得複雜且體驗感差，前台員工對業務不熟悉，工作沒有責任心；美其名曰“建議”讓客户21:30提前退房，實則是為了客流量損害客户合理的入住時間。後查詢了相關點評發現該現象不止一次發生，且酒店回覆説會整改杜絕發生，今天相同事情再次發生十分令人失望

偶爾到安全通道透氣，一開門就被保安死關門，通道不是赤裸裸的有牆有窗户我癌症病人透不過去卻這麼沒人性

總體來説很不錯的，華住旗下的酒店都可以。
衞生：房間衞生很乾凈，就是洗浴間的地板有污跡，但可能是長期留下來的吧，問題不大，但對於有潔癖人士來説，可能會有點糾結。
服務：前台服務很好，跟前台説訂房時説有升級客房的優惠，前台也給升級了，房間安靜，舒服。如果忘記帶小物件，例如指甲鉗，剪刀，雨傘等，也可以致電前台或者華住小程序尋求客房服務。
特別喜歡機器人的送餐服務，很方便，機器人也好可愛。
設施：設施唯一不足的地方就是缺乏洗髮乳和全身鏡，酒店2樓有洗衣房和健身房，基本滿足出行需要了。

這是我認為最最差的全季，完全配不上這個價格，衞生條件就是應付，服務也是應付！沒有一點體驗可談。廈門島外還要接近四百元一晚，本以為條件會不錯……遺憾的是失望透頂。
