Atour hotel fan. Clean and comfortable.

Staff is very friendly and helpful despite no english. Location depends what you want to do but still close to several spot (especially Xiamen Mountains-to-Sea Trail - Health Footpaths- photo attached). Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the hotel, which would have been quite convenient.

This hotel didn’t even clean the room. I had to ask them at 16:00 to send someone to clean the room. I have no idea how this is a 4- star hotel. The shower floods into the bathroom because it was built poorly and no seal on the shower door. The air conditioner vent is taped on to the wall with clear tape. It took 20 minutes to check-in because they could not find my reservation or something. The buffet is not good. It’s very limited. The eggs are burnt and brown. Yes, the eggs are brown! There are people smoking cigarettes in the hallways next to the elevator. The wifi does not work. The signal is so low that it is unusable. This is the worst Atour Hotel that I have stayed in.

The front desk service was wonderful but the cleaners were not good. Our room was always poorly cleaned, sometimes they didn’t even change the bathroom towel.

I love this place. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were all professional and friendly. Great location, very close to the Rd station, and Huweishan park. Breakfast was very good. Late checkout!!

This hotel is really nice. The lobby is spacious and clean. The service staff is warm and polite. It is really great. The breakfast is really delicious. There is also a laundry room and a gym. It really feels like returning to my home. I will stay here again next time I come to Xiamen. The location is also super good. It is very convenient to the scenic spots. Super good! ! ! !

The front desk service is very good and enthusiastic. When you check in, you will be served a cup of tea. The room is clean and tidy. The location is close to the Xiagu Wharf and Bailuzhou Park is nearby. It is a good choice

There are buses and subways outside, but you need to walk a few more steps, which is acceptable. 🥰 Hygiene: Cleaned and replaced every day, toothbrushes and mineral water are also delivered every day, and the bathroom is clean. Although there are alcohol cotton pads to wipe the toilet seat, it is recommended to put disposable toilet pads directly in the bathroom😀. Environment: The hotel is backed by a park, the surrounding environment is good, and the greening rate is high😎. Service: Because we booked the hotel at 8 o'clock in the evening on the 29th while waiting for the flight in Xinqiao, the hotel brother called to ask about the check-in time. We arrived in Gaoqi at more than 11 o'clock in the evening, so we told the brother to arrive at the hotel at 12 o'clock. The brother also said that he could help upgrade the room type for free. After arriving at the hotel, it takes about 25-30 minutes to take a taxi from Gaoqi to the hotel, 38💰. The guy helped us upgrade to a family room, which is bigger than a twin room and quite comfortable. The staff was also very enthusiastic. I will choose this room again next time I come to Xiamen😊.

I rarely review hotels, but the Atour Hotel in Xiamen really wins my heart. I always stay here every time I come here. First of all, the location is close to Guwei Mountain and the subway, and it is not far from the cruise center. The service attitude at the front desk Nice and very friendly. The lobby is also comfortable and you can read books. For those of us on a business trip, the laundry room is a blessing, and their laundry room has a dryer which is very convenient. The room is quiet and one side faces Guwei Mountain. I have stayed there There are so many hotels under Atour, including Shanghai Sahe and Atour X. Currently, this one has the best overall value for money!

The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, the room is very clean, the hotel lobby is spacious, the front desk service is good, the little girl has a nice smile, the guest rooms are clean and hygienic, the facilities are good, and the environment is very good. Behind the hotel is the Foxtail Mountain Park, where you can go for a walk in the evening. There is also a late-night porridge road in the evening, which is very good and worth recommending.
