Very good customer service trying their best to meet our requests and questions. A few little glitches due to inexperienced new staff but they didn't impact on our overall enjoyable stay in this luxury business hotel, living up the Langham hotel reputation.
Efficient check-in to our room at the executive floor at top few floors with a view of the surrounding area. The executive lounge serves tasty food and desserts and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Comfortable, clean room with power points for international sockets. Complimentary mini bar with refills.
Appreciate their efforts/gifts to help make our stay a enjoying experience.

Top notch service by Langham’s Place Guest relation officer , Ms Pearl. We were warmly greeted by her once we checked in and she went the extra mile to prepare the birthday celebration for my spouse. Upon asking, she recommended several places to dine around the hotel vicinity. When I had a parcel delivered to me, she made sure that I received it too. I’ve met many diligent GROs and concierge in the hotel industry , but none as thoughtful as her.
The room is clean and spacious, and the pool is decent. The steam room and sauna looks interesting but I did not try. The breakfast is a wide spread but it’s pretty much the same thing daily.
The hotel is next to a mall with many eateries nearby.

First time staying in Langham Place Xiamen and found out location is great, less traffic around the area. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is good, staffs are friendly, especially Mandy helped us a lot. Loved the executive club lounge and the bathtub, giving me relaxation after long day work.

Langham Place is located in Huli area and not far from major tourist spots. Wanda Shopping Mall is just next door. Hotel also near to Wutong Jetty, which is really convenient for those who are visiting Kinmen. We had a wonderful 4n stayed. Highly recommended!!

Outstanding Stay – Perfect for Family and Friends!
We had a wonderful experience at Langham Place Xiamen hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a great selection of pillows to choose from.
The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, conveniently near a large mall and surrounded by plenty of great eateries.
Overall, an outstanding hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back !
