環境：酒店位置鬧中取靜，周邊有商圈飲食購物方便，距離廈門站也近，打車20塊左右就可以；
衞生設施：衞生條件好，淋浴房做到乾濕分離，且有智能馬桶，旁邊還有扶手，方便長者上衞生間；房間寬敞，亮堂；床品也乾淨，不像有的酒店會有異味。
服務：入住時，前台工作人員和客房工作人員主動問好，熱情友善； 第一天入住時還送上水果，同時，酒店六樓還設有免費自助洗衣房，方便更換衣物；三樓有自助早飯，還有中飯晚飯。菜品味道很好，其中，酒店餐廳經理推薦了我們，他們的特色非遺菜梅園醬鴨和綠卷；海鮮也實惠，份量足。
過年期間來廈門遊玩，服務設施環境都很好，像回到家一樣，值得推薦。
