設施：端午節漲價太兇，不建議節日出行，平常出行的還是性價比很高的，一張大床，一個高低床能夠滿足家庭出行的所有需求。浴缸不是標配是個遺憾。早餐的花樣有點少，沒有自助餐，家庭套餐略貴
衞生：明亮，乾淨，整潔，很不錯
環境：離奇趣童年很近，離奇夢海灘和奇幻谷較遠有接駁車，還算方便。每層樓都有親子設施，但偏向低齡小童，5歲以上不太適合
服務：很熱情，基本上在能力範圍內有求必應，很不錯

louie 夢圓服務好給我們提前入住了房間務很貼心酒店的環境衞生設施都很棒，房間配備的還有小朋友的洗漱用品，套票價格也是非常實惠的兩天都可以無限次進出 早餐的牛肉麪也很不錯，也有小朋友愛吃的東西。不同主題樓層的裝飾也很吸引小朋友的。

路易、夢圓服務好幫忙提前辦理了入住並升級了房間環境很不錯離奇遇童年很近，房間衞生乾淨設施齊全，洗手枱放置的有小朋友的小童拖鞋個牙刷服務很好。房間有小孩的高低床，孩子覺得像個小樹屋，第一次自己一個人睡覺也沒有吵鬧，酒店帶娃友好。離奇趣童年很近，可以酒店快捷入園。

louie服務很不錯，送了份小童早餐 姝玥美女給我們升級了房間大人小孩都有床睡，也不會爭來爭去的早餐很不錯小童吃的較多晚上去了附近的大唐不夜城襄陽還是很有多地方可以玩的，可惜沒去古城牆看看襄陽牛肉麪吃的是烏拉拉打卡的張家麪館巨好吃牛肉份量很足，推薦大家來了之後可以去嚐嚐喔

前台小孟幫忙升級了房型，還特意給了一個面朝園區的房間。入住的時候對於用餐時間，入園方式都講的很清楚，而且還會主動詢問有沒有開車。餐廳裏的小姐姐對小朋友也特別有耐心，對小朋友也特別關照。酒店離襄陽東站也很近，過來也挺方便的。

前台的Aaliyah幫我們升級了房型，還會主動詢問有沒有開車，可以幫忙錄車牌。用餐時間入園時間都説的很清楚。服務員金枝態度很好，童趣樂園裡的工作人員對孩子很友好耐心，動物也養的很衞生，喜歡親近人，整體體驗很棒。工作日的時候，園區裏面人很少，玩什麼都超爽的，不用排隊真的太快樂了，下次還是工作日來。

前台小孟怕我們睡不下，特意給升級了房型。而且昨天來的比較晚，問了前台能不能延遲退房，她也是表示理解，根據第二天的客情幫我們申請了延遲，服務真的很貼心。酒店早餐種類也挺多的，裏面的牛肉麪味道很不錯哦。

服務：好 本來定的是四人奇趣童年的套票 沒想到入園的時候 工作人員説一個房間套票可以免費攜帶一位一米一以下的小童入園 剛好有一個小朋友沒超過一米一 工作人員讓我去前台問問 能不能退一張票 我去前台 前台工作人員讓我在網上再定一間三人套票的房間 然後把四人套票的房間給我退了 服務態度也很好 點贊 下次去 還會住這裏
