"The hotel's female staff were extremely rude. I arrived at the hotel at 2 PM, after most people had already checked out. She put me in room 501 next to the elevator. When I asked to change rooms, she said all the rooms were dirty and I didn't sleep well all night because of the noise! I strongly request that Ctrip downgrade this hotel to a three-star rating! How did this hotel get a four-star rating and a 4.7 rating? She said that a five-star review was required before they could offer free breakfast! So, the high rating was obtained by exchanging breakfasts! Neither the facilities nor the service meet the standards of a four-star hotel! The hotel doesn't have a gym, and the laundry room only has one washing machine and dryer. The hotel is actually 2.6 kilometers from the ancient city, although the platform only states it's 100 meters from the city wall, but it's more than that. I hope Ctrip will verify the facts and not let customers be deceived! This is the worst hotel I've rated through Ctrip in years!"
