酒店的服務態度超級好，房間乾淨舒適，洗手間乾濕的分離，全智能的窗簾，恆温馬桶，地理位置也很便利，靠近孝感東站，附近100m 也有商場，房間配備了茶具茶包，外賣機器人送物很方便，我們會再次選擇這裏！

酒店位於市中心，周邊配套齊全，有當地最大的商場就在酒店旁邊50米，辦理入住速度快，電梯需要刷卡進入樓層。房間設施比較齊全，乾濕分離做得不錯，唯一的詬病就是空調不給力，一晚上時冷時熱的。早餐品類不多，但熱乾麪還是正宗。

前台服務很好，很熱情，辦理速度很快，房間是新中式裝扮，很喜歡，有茶具，很中國風，大廳是滿滿的高級感，很藝術氣息，外賣機器人很方便，下次還會選擇！

住了五天 第二天沒打掃衞生 第三天問前台説要和他們提前説打掃才回去打掃 我就説那今天要打掃 結果第三天沒打掃 無語了 去的第一天馬桶上的垃圾都沒打掃乾淨 還有紙和煙灰在上邊

前台服務特別好，停車方便，早晨還送了兩份早餐，房間很大，也很安靜，乾濕分離設計，如果洗浴間能多個防滑墊就更好了，室內排風怎麼也關不掉，還是有聲音，睡眠輕的，會受影響，總體來説，性價比很高！

來這邊考試的，好喜歡這家酒店。首先，進入酒店大堂，會有人打招呼，前台工作人員的服務很好，還送了我一份早餐。電梯裏面很乾凈沒有異味，走廊的地毯軟乎乎的。其次，房間裏面，窗簾是自動的，馬桶感應加熱，自動沖水；洗手池裡麪的水也沒有消毒水的味道；洗手液的味道很好聞，和未谷的無葉花園中調一樣，洗完手又香又濕潤，不緊綳；洗漱用具的質量好好，比較大衹；淋浴設施暫且未知，我沒有使用。最後，床真的好軟好舒服哈哈哈，下次如果要訂酒店還是會選擇怡程。Ps1：好想把洗手液帶走（不敢哈哈哈） Ps2：拍了個視頻，結果不能發，截圖湊合看看吧。
