出差路過錫林浩特，在攜程上訂了這個酒店，去酒店還鬧了個烏龍，打車去酒店，出租車給載到了額爾敦酒店，實際是額爾敦塔拉酒店！又回到塔拉酒店，前台小姐姐説這兩個酒店是一起的，都是一個老闆，前台小姐姐很熱情的介紹周圍附近的美食，去吃了當地有名的蒙餐，不得不説，內蒙古的羊肉是真的好吃！酒店在一個小區裏環境相當不錯，遠離馬路，可以睡個好覺，暖氣也超熱，進了房間也是酒店的工作人員特意佈置的，很温馨！想必佈置這個房間的人也是人美心善的小姐姐吧！房間很乾凈有免費的礦泉水，各種洗漱用品一應俱全！經常出差以後來錫林浩特首選額爾敦塔拉酒店！有需要在錫盟下榻的友友們，可以放心大膽的定這家酒店，除了暖氣熱，我實在找不到其他毛病了！

和老公去錫林浩特出差，在網上看了好多個酒店，最後選擇了這家塔拉酒店，因為看到他家是新年新開的，看網評都挺好的，酒店是在小區裏，晚上也很安靜，晚上八九點去登記的，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，是個漂亮的小姐姐給她點贊，房間裏打掃的超級乾淨，我們也經常出差，這家酒店的衞生可以完全讓我舒服的睡覺，屋裡超級熱乎，我比較怕冷，老公怕熱，還説要開窗户，在內蒙古這麼冷的冬天住這麼熱乎的酒店，真心不錯，打掃衞生的姐姐也很好，我説拿拖鞋和衞生紙，很快就給送到，態度也很好，更貼心的是還在床上設計了好看的卡通人物，一開始以為是縫在被子上的，仔細一看，是一點一點用毛線拼好的，而且拼的真的很可愛太喜歡了，我都拍下了圖片，還跟朋友分享了一下，覺得這家酒店很有愛，還有一張紙條，是很貼心的問候，瞬間心裏暖暖的，真的很好，真的感動到了，贊贊贊…話不多説，以後還會來你家。

兩個大人，兩個小朋友，前台小姐姐主動幫忙升級了房間。中秋當天入住，還有月餅🥮送，很有愛。標準快捷酒店，乾淨整潔，休息的不錯。門口有吃飯的地方，非常方便。錫林浩特玩的地方太少，住一天就離開了。下次一定趕一個什麼草原節過來玩😀😀

原來想着額爾敦也算火鍋品牌裏，有一定知名度的，開的酒店應該也不差，再加上是新開的酒店，沒想到，服務和酒店房間配置就像20年前的招待所水平，還靠客人房間用品消費賺錢，前台收的按金比房費還高，更無語的還有房間用品損壞賠償價格表，嚇得我趕緊把電視打開試一下，真是失望透了，不會再住了

酒店23年開業，房間面積雖緊湊，但衞生整潔乾淨，設施齊備，很值得推薦。唯一不足，是服務人員需提高業務水平，對待客人多點耐心。在此感謝攜程，總能幫助客户解決各種疑難問題，感謝！

非常好，新開的，190大洋，床墊很厚很軟，洗手間淋雨是惠達的，開關是公牛的，都是品牌的，屋裡環境很好很乾凈，院子也很大，唯一不滿意就是裏面空間小，我的行李箱得放門口，才能敞開拿東西，拿完得合上，不然上衞生間不方便，佔地。臨走時查房，把拖鞋忘房間裏了，小姐姐又是發短訊又是打電話的，恐怕我走遠了。非常好非常好。對了，離燒賣也很近，超級無敵好吃的燒麥，大眾點評上有，大家可以去嚐嚐
