新開的酒店，房間環境衞生都不錯。但是帶着長者小孩入住期間碰到了糟心事，晚上快10點服務員帶一羣男警察敲門，孩子打開房門後一羣男警察立刻強行進入房間查身份證，服務員並未提醒屋內大人穿好衣服蓋好被子，我和母親正在床上睡覺，被嚇壞了。事後詢問酒店，酒店説是警察隨時會進房間抽查身份證，我們得配合。更糟心的是第二天晚上整晚停電，忙活一天回來既得爬5層樓梯上去、還洗不了澡，上廁所也摸黑。酒店明明有發動機也不發電，走廊也是黑的。希望店家能夠切實的提高自己的業務能力，維護好客人的權益和私隱。最後感謝攜程，在遇到以上問題時第一時間幫我與店家溝通，處理問題。

本來一路奔波，到地方就很累了，結果開的房間一進門嚇一跳，滿地垃圾，又給換了一間，床上用品直接是濕的，換床單折騰到三四點才休息，窗户壞的，小孩兒被蚊子咬的滿身包包，總之體驗感極差，好歹也是連鎖酒店，做成這樣也是無語了，唯一值得點讚的就是前台小姐姐態度還是比較好，一直在幫忙解決問題

衞生：剛住進的第一間房有上一個房客抽煙殘留的煙味太重，立馬就幫我換了另一間
環境：周邊應該算是不錯的新開業一年的酒店
