入住的是雙人間，房間的窗户是對着外面的住户，第一次入住這樣類型的酒店。房間內無空調無風扇，悶熱，一晚上基本沒睡着。洗手枱設定在房間內沒有隔開，除了房間內乾淨些，其他沒有任何亮點，差評

房子空間不大，沒有空調或風扇全靠一扇小窗通風，天氣很熱沒怎麼休息好。電梯也很有特點，進電梯先爬半層樓出電梯再下半層樓，熱水器出水量也挺小，投影效果不錯但距離有點近，整體還可以吧。

商務賓館位置緊五一文化宮，周邊環境不錯，吃飯、乘車等都比較方便，距離五一早市也比較近，是出差、旅行的首選。

房間不錯，就是差點沒給我們熱死，説的是西寧早晚温差大大家都不裝空調，晚上就會退涼，然後我們看裝修挺好的，那退涼了就好吧，住了才曉得，我和朋友一家一晚都沒睡好，熱得睡不捉，半夜起來把門打開通風，夜解決不到問題，早上起來大家都疲倦的不行還要繼續下個行程，這就是我們真實感受，如果不介意沒有空調耐熱的朋友可以考慮

設施完備齊全，很新，環境好。服務不敢恭維，晚上10點多到的，居然前台沒有人，等了10多分鐘，衞生也不敢恭維，淋浴下面的下水口上有頭髮，水池旁的架子估計從沒擦過，有塵土

樓下有個剛開業的水果超市，對面和周邊有很多牛肉麪店，酒店門口有停車場，10元/次。房間新裝修的，投影很大。總體來説性價比還是很不錯的。

前台服務很好，碰到退房下雨，還幫忙提行李到車邊，唯一不推薦的是，電梯位於樓梯中層，不管進房或退房，對於提大行李箱的人，確實不方便。
