"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining! It's super close to the train station and only 20 minutes from the airport! The most important thing is that the environment is incredibly clean and comfortable – a germaphobe's dream! It even has air conditioning, which is really rare for hotels in Xining. Although I stayed for two days and didn't feel cold at all, so I never even turned it on. (P.S. The cleaning lady is so thoughtful! On my first day, I didn't know how to use the disposable toilet seat cover, so I just left it aside. When I came back the next day, I found that she had set up a new one for me! 🥳)"

"Five-star review | Xining Xinbo Hotel (Caojiapu Airport Branch) This time I brought my two kids to Qinghai, and because of our itinerary, I specifically chose this hotel close to the airport. It turns out this decision was incredibly smart! Definitely a five-star review. Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice. Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly. Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. They even gave us yogurt upon check-in, a thoughtful detail that was much appreciated. Overall Experience: This is a highly cost-effective airport hotel, suitable for family travel. Next time I fly to Xining, I'll choose this place again! Recommendation Index: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I frequently stay here, and the environment is quite nice, and the feel is generally good. However, the hygiene has been getting worse. Regarding facilities, the washing machine isn't very efficient. The hot water supply is plentiful, which is great, and it doesn't seem to be from a water heater. Plus, the scenery here is beautiful, which is a big plus."

"After comparing a few hotels, I still decided to go with Sofitel! And I'm so glad I did, it was a truly nice experience. Firstly, the hotel has a fantastic design; it doesn't feel old or dated at all, and the facilities are impeccably maintained, definitely five-star standard. Secondly, the billiard and ping-pong rooms are a real highlight! Thirdly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. It just so happened to be my birthday during my stay, and my butler, Xiao Qi, thoughtfully delivered a birthday cake – I was truly touched!"

"This hotel offers extremely poor value for money. The price isn't cheap, but the service is terrible: the breakfast is awful, with very limited options, not even a basic fried egg. The facilities are poor; there are only two washing machines, one of which is broken, so don't expect to use them. The elevators are terrible; several elevators exist, some require access control, others don't, leaving you guessing whether you need a room card. The service is poor; the staff seem to not know each other. I added the manager on WeChat to request an invoice, but when I got to the front desk, they said they didn't know anything about it, that the manager was in a meeting, and I'd have to wait for him. The design is poor; the curtain between the bathroom and bedroom is almost transparent, so you can clearly see your child showering outside."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was clean. Facilities: Overall good, with attentive service and excellent quality. The breakfast was quite varied, catering to different tastes. The food at the restaurant on the fourth floor was delicious, and the service was exceptional. We felt the steamed buns weren't hot enough, and the staff reheated them with steam and even gave us two complimentary fried pancakes—truly touching! The front desk was very responsive—thumbs up! I generally don't take photos in hotels."

"The hotel's location is great, which is why I booked it. The listed room size is big, but the bedroom itself is quite small, while the living area is huge. The layout is a bit odd. Breakfast selection is limited; there were only two types of congee. At 9:42 AM, I was told they were closing soon and to grab more food if I wanted. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. The guy at the front desk was handsome and very considerate, acting quickly to help guests."

"Service: The service was good, offering pick-up and drop-off from the station, and the driver was very friendly. Location: Very close to the train station, a 5-minute drive. Breakfast: The food was tasty, but the portions were too small. Ambiance: The hotel is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of surfaces to place belongings, which is very convenient. Drawbacks: The sound insulation between floors is poor. I could hear thumping noises from the upstairs room late at night, and I also clearly heard hangers clanging against something from upstairs, possibly due to pipe connections."

"The hotel is very clean and offers great value for money. I was surprised to get a room for around 200 during the National Day holiday. The best part is that all the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. They even gave us a small gift when we checked in, and then two more when we checked out because it was Mid-Autumn Festival! I almost felt embarrassed by their generosity. I definitely highly recommend this place!"

"Enjoyed my stay at this hostel because of its vibes. Some people are just more suited as hosts than others, and the young boss of this hostel is certainly one such. Helpful, respectful, and with a sense of humour. The last picture is of the boss with us three guests - a Chinese, a Singaporean and a Japanese guest. The sitting room is a great gathering place - every evening guests gather there to chill and chat."

The beds are soft and comfortable, and the linens are clean and tidy. Highly recommended."

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. Check-in was very efficient, and any issues were resolved quickly. Parking was also convenient, and the hotel's robot service was very thoughtful, delivering things was super convenient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, with complete and new facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area."

"It was incredible loud and unfriendly . people shouting through the whole hose, even the clerk of the hotel. One time a man was shouting into his Telefon, first in his room across mine, than , as I asked him to speak please more low in front of my roomdoor for 2 h! Terrible situation. Everyday somebody else was shouting through all the house. From outside also very noisy , Musik at 5.am from the sport ground , in the morning ,any other strange and loud sounds very soon in the mornings. Nobody talking english or even tried to help getting Internet. The Internet of the Hostel very week and more obstacle than help. My creditcard did not work there , even I paid the first night in advance with it online. They mentioned I did not want to pay . Manager running away when I ask for help ! I cane there 3 times, just because is the only hostel. At the last stay for one night i had a more quiet room. And they did not shout any more this one last night of totally 10 in 3 stays, Xining is a central point for travelling, so I came back 3 times . And if you know surroundings already is also more easy. The best at this place is the nearby Green coffee house, with friendly people, good internet, international and a bit english"

"Highly recommend this hotel! Two things really stood out and deserve special mention: Firstly, the bed features a Serta mattress, which provided the perfect support – not too soft, not too firm. As someone who usually struggles to sleep in new beds, I actually slept soundly through the night. Secondly, the bathroom amenities are by Peter Thomas Roth. They're gentle on the skin and have a wonderfully soothing, premium fragrance. It was such a relief not to have to bring my own toiletries. Overall, the environment is quiet and clean, and the service is attentive. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling."
