"The service attitude was absolutely fantastic, from the front desk to the cleaning staff – everyone was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues. However, it's clear the hotel is a bit older, as the soundproofing between rooms wasn't great. Also, some of the in-room amenities might have minor quirks, but the hotel staff were always on hand to assist. The breakfast, while not offering a huge variety, was very homely and delicious."

"This hotel has great facilities, including a gym, a laundry room with an ironing board and dryer – so you can wash and wear your clothes right away. The rooms also have humidifiers, and the bathrooms have a wet/dry separation. The location is excellent, right in the city center with a bus stop just outside. Coming from the airport, you can take the airport shuttle directly to the Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, which is about a 500-600 meter walk to the hotel. Dining is convenient, with a large Wangfujing Department Store and the Shuijing Alley snack street within walking distance. Plus, there's a branch of the famous Ga Zhang Wa restaurant right across from the hotel. The front desk staff in the lobby on the first floor are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet on the second floor offers a rich variety of dishes, with some particularly authentic Northwestern cuisine, and the dessert area is also quite good. The rooms are kept very clean. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining! Xining Changjiang International Hotel."

"This was my first time staying in Xining; usually, I just passed through on road trips. I booked this hotel because it was close to the Provincial People's Hospital, where I had some business. I got the largest room. After registering my phone number at the front desk, I could use a WeChat mini-program to open the door and even control the room lights. Everyone says hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning, but this one actually does – good foresight, I guess! The front desk service was excellent. I asked for recommendations for places to visit, and after work, I walked to the nearby Xiaguan Night Market. It was within walking distance, and I ate so much I was stuffed when I got back. I've already saved this hotel on my phone's map for future reference."

"The moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by a faint, refreshing scent of disinfectant mixed with air freshener. The front desk area was spotless, and the counter I touched during check-in had no dust whatsoever. In the room, I found the sheets and pillows perfectly neat and clean. Common items like the mouthwash cups and electric kettle were all sealed. The hallway had noise-reducing carpets, so I couldn't hear any disturbing sounds. The overall environment made me feel very secure."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the smart controls were convenient. The location was good. However, the smell of smoke in the room was unbearable, and at 1 a.m., some inconsiderate guests were making loud noise, which was really annoying. There wasn't 24-hour hot water; by the time I was almost finished showering, the water had turned cold, so I just had to finish quickly. There was basically no service; the receptionist didn't say much, just coldly handed out room keys."

"The hotel boasts an overall vintage French design, and the lobby's decor is elegant and stylish, creating a great ambiance. However, the facilities are noticeably outdated. The room interiors, appliances, and bathroom fixtures show clear signs of age and general wear, lacking proper renovation and maintenance. The breakfast experience was quite disappointing. The selection wasn't extensive, and what really impacted the experience was that most hot dishes were lukewarm throughout, indicating very poor insulation, which significantly detracted from the taste. On the bright side, the service deserves commendation. The front desk and concierge staff were warm, friendly, and highly responsive. They were very patient during check-in and with inquiries, showing great attention to detail. Overall, the hotel excels in service and its retro aesthetic, but there's significant room for improvement in both hardware and breakfast quality."
