"Location: This is a major plus. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel called 'Sanjiao Huayuan West' (Triangle Garden West), which has a direct route (Bus 909) to Ta'er Monastery. I've even shared a detailed guide on a certain social media platform. If you walk uphill and slightly to the left from the hotel, you'll reach Beidajie (North Street). Turning right and walking forward from Beidajie leads you to Nandajie (South Street), Mojia Street, and attractions like Jinta Temple, Hongjiao Temple, and the Confucius Temple. All these are within a comfortable 1-2 km walking distance, which is excellent. Service: The front desk staff were competent and professional. They provided all the necessary information and reminders. While they weren't overly enthusiastic, I felt their service was very thorough and attentive. They reminded me of everything I needed to know and were responsive to requests. Facilities: I booked a business twin room on the 25th floor with outdoor views. The window could be opened. Since it faced east, the room was a bit warm when I first entered, but once the air conditioning was on, the overall temperature became comfortable. I turned off the AC at night because it got a bit chilly. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and kept the room spotless. Free bottled water was replenished daily, except for one large bottle explicitly marked in the room as costing 5 RMB – that's something to note. Afternoon Tea: I tried the afternoon tea. There was nothing particularly special about it – a pot of tea, some popcorn, four small pastries, and a small bowl of fruit. So, if you're tired and don't feel like going out, and it's offered complimentary between 2 PM and 5 PM, it's worth trying. I wouldn't recommend purchasing it separately as it's not particularly good value. Additionally, I didn't book breakfast because I wanted to sleep in. For breakfast, if you walk out of the hotel, turn right, then uphill to the first intersection and turn right again, opposite the primary school, there's a place called 'He Yonglong Da Gu Tang' (He Yonglong Big Bone Soup). I found it to be very affordable. You pay for the bone broth, and the flatbreads, sweet garlic, and dried radishes are all free. Two of us had a large bowl, and it was incredibly good value. Overall, highly recommended."

"My expectations weren't high. I chose this hotel because of the air conditioning, as it was still quite cold in Xining at night in July after showering. However, after one night, the experience was surprisingly good. First, the location is excellent, with good amenities, convenient taxi access, and plenty of food options. Second, it's a very standard hotel overall; cleanliness, elevators, and everything else were up to par. The hot water was consistent, a big plus. The air conditioning and bathtub were also a plus. One room with one bed but two bathrooms is a huge plus. The downsides are that prices in Xining are generally very high in the summer. Also, the doors aren't soundproof; I could hear everyone coming and going clearly. I suggest adding soundproofing strips to the doors; it's a low-cost option. The Tmall Genie can be used as a speaker. Overall, it's highly recommended, mainly because the cleanliness and loft-style layout are quite nice."

"The hotel has been open for many years. While the lobby is beautiful, some of the in-room facilities are outdated. 😂 Even the Qinghai-Gansu Loop hotels now have smart toilets as standard. There's no air conditioning in the room (I'm not sure if this is typical for all of Xining), and it felt quite stuffy, so they sent a fan up. However, the service from the front desk, concierge, and even the room attendants was excellent – very polite and professional. Every morning, I'd see a senior manager on the first floor who would proactively greet guests and hold the elevator. The restaurant also has a good variety of dishes, but the chef wasn't very polite and seemed impatient when answering questions, and this was the case both days 🙃. The beef offal soup on the first day was even cold 🙃. The hotel's location is great, in the bustling Chenxi district, surrounded by shopping malls, making it very convenient for dining and shopping."

"First, the location is very remote. The reception is on the seventh floor, and you have to go around to the back entrance to take the elevator. There's no sign, making it hard to find. The surrounding area is under construction, which is inconvenient. Second, the room was relatively clean, but there was some dust on the bed and pillows, which seemed to have settled there after the room had been empty for a few days. We checked in around 10 PM, and my husband took a shower. The water was still cold even after running for over 20 minutes. Finally, we remembered to ask the front desk, and they told us that the water heater was malfunctioning and it would probably take about an hour for hot water to come out. My husband took a cold shower, and ended up getting wet while waiting for hot water. He caught a cold the next morning. It was so frustrating; catching a cold while traveling is terrible. It was a very bad experience."
