對房間很滿意，很喜歡這種佈置，很有那種感覺，有兩個衞生間可以用，人多真的很方便，有廚房，晚上還很涼快，交通也方便，旁邊就是美食街，在中心廣場還有好多跳舞的，氛圍感好足，很喜歡這裏，下次還要再來.

我於7月15日預訂了攜程評分4.9分，並推薦的西寧鉑蘭租梅朵民宿7月19日-21日兩晚的房間。我們7月19日入住時發現有幾個問題:1.一個衞生間地漏反味，特別臭，滿房子都是臭味；2.另一個衞生地漏，邊角處都是頭髮；3.更離譜的是衞生間裏還有一箇舊內褲；4.枕芯內的填充物有黑色的塊狀物；5.沒有洗澡用拖鞋。
我們無法入住。與商家溝通，商家對衞生間進行了簡單的清掃，對枕芯進行了更換。但對反味的衞生間表示無能為力。我們對商家的處理結果不滿意。但因時間已經晚上11點多了，但也就衹將就住一晚，並及時修改訂單，從新定了7月20日的房間。但因定房時間太晚，之前定過的房間價格也上漲了一百多元。造成了經濟損失和旅行的不快。十分讓人失望。也對攜程的評分系統和監管提出質疑。

房間特別舒服。陽光充足 。衞生乾淨整潔。服務熱情 周到 、周邊環境設施齊全 逛街買東西吃飯買特產都特別方便 。交通也便利 樓底下就是公交站 隨時能打上車。
