It heated up in an hour, but after I left it on for half an hour, the faucet didn't work at all, and the flush toilet was broken, so I called the front desk and told them that it was too late that day, so they said they would wait until the next morning. The repairman came to fix it as soon as he started work. I thought I would take a shower the next day and catch up on my sleep. However, the repairman came the next day and fixed the shower and toilet, but the toilet in my room kept making noises, and I couldn't sleep at all. ...It's even harder to sleep than on the train. But it's only 100 - well, I don't want to be too harsh, the only deduction for me was the lack of hot water.

Booked two rooms at the same price and they were different, one was OK, the other had a lot of problems, I think it was a problem with the front desk service.
