It's quite clean, but the surrounding area is a bit messy. It's a small commodity market, and the accommodation is in an office building. There are four hotel front desks on the first floor. It feels a bit messy, but everything else is okay.

The hotel is in a very good location. Just downstairs is the lively wholesale market in Xining. However, the hotel's front desk service is one of the worst I have ever stayed at at Home Inn. The fat front desk clerk is arrogant and does not accept feedback from guests and has no sense of service. Poor...the hotel facilities are average, the rooms are very small, the hotel hygiene is hard to describe, there are human hairs on the bed and there are no floor towels in the hotel and it is very inconvenient to wash in the bathroom (you can understand these in a budget hotel). What I don't understand the most is the arrogance of the front desk. The service attitude is really bad. .
