Hampton by Hilton (Xining Jiaboyuan)

We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Xining Jiaboyuan with our family during our Qinghai-Gansu loop trip, and it deserves full marks across the board! The entire room was meticulously clean, with no strange odors or dust. The room facilities were new and complete, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, making the check-in process efficient. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and parking was convenient. It was a truly comfortable stay for a family trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xining!

The room was pretty good, but it seemed like a lot of tour groups checked in very late at night, making it incredibly noisy. The laundry room experience was also very poor; there was only one washing machine, which was nowhere near enough, and no one assigned to assist with laundry. Plus, the phone in my room was broken – completely unresponsive. I wanted to ask for something late at night but didn't want to go downstairs, so I just gave up. However, the breakfast was quite abundant, and the restaurant area was spacious.

Even though it's a Hampton Inn from 2019, the facilities still look quite new and are very comprehensive. We stayed in a king room with a sofa bed, which was comfortable for our family of three. The breakfast was also plentiful. We're very satisfied.

The room was incredibly spacious, the biggest we stayed in during our entire Qinghai-Gansu loop trip. The front desk lady even gave us a bag of local specialty snacks and reminded us about breakfast times to avoid the peak rush.
