非常好的體驗，酒店離動物王國非常近，步行5分鐘，完全不用等接送，而且套餐裏的票可以無限進出園區，方便帶孩子長者的家庭團隊。餐飲選擇多，各種價位都有，實在不行你去園區裏買吉野家德克士拎回來都可以了。

環境服務都很好，尤其是服務儘管在五一假期期間也非常好，酒店離動物王國很近，走路過馬路就可以到，早餐中規中矩，可以滿足需求。

3年疫情城市按下了暫停鍵，而我們的娛樂生活也變得枯燥而無味！更別説家裡活蹦亂跳的小傢伙了！時值春暖花開，艷陽高照的週末，我們家來到了銀基冰雪酒店開啟了歡樂之遊。兩天下來精疲力盡，但同時也意猶未盡，孩子玩的更是忘乎所以。回到家沒多久就接到了酒店客服經理王楊陽和陳婧打來的電話。説我們的平板電腦忘記在房間了，因為是孩子學習用的所以我們就比較着急，王楊陽和陳婧兩位客服經理耐心的告訴我們不用着急，她們會先確認一下丟失物品的具體情況和物品的具體訊息，然後在物流下班的情況下又聯繫了其他物流給第一時間送到了我的手裡。這也讓我們的歡樂的週末添加了失而復得的喜悦。在此我代表我們一家向王楊陽和陳婧兩位客服經理表示真誠的感謝！有機會我們還會再去！

雖然沒有升級到我想住的北極熊主題大床房，但是愛斯基摩主題大床房也不錯，小朋友喜歡。城堡式的酒店外觀非常漂亮，特別是夜晚，小朋友特別開心！但是這次時間有限，沒有坐接駁小火車，也沒有玩酒店項目，有點遺憾！

酒店很乾凈，設施完善，該有的都有🤣環境挺好，酒店內也有動物 我家孩子不到兩週，小童駕校玩不了，時間關係沒有去充氣堡，聽工作人員説那邊適合小寶寶，建議小寶寶可以直接去那邊玩
週五入住，加價二百升級主題大床房，可以免費加圍欄

設施：作為一家國際酒店，店內沒有配備小童葯品，智能設備基本處於擺設，燈光特別昏暗，小朋友看個動畫片都沒法投屏
衞生：枱麪常年殘存污漬明顯。
服務：就沒有什麼服務可言，通過攜程預訂，延遲退房訊息不知道，基本備註情況不知道，沒到點一直催的退房。
本來就下雨，孩子感冒，加上酒店這服務和配備，感覺挺失望的，下次直接開車從鄭州過來玩也挺好。

酒店早餐接待能力跟房間數嚴重不匹配。1、首日用早餐時，到1層服務員看着我們抱着小寶寶，外面挺冷的，非讓我們走出去，去遠處的宴會廳，説早餐餐廳滿了，需要排隊，我説那我們進去排隊就是了，結果進去了根本不需要排隊，有空位，不分情況盲目引流第一次！第二天早上週六人很多，被引流到宴會廳，門口服務員看着我們抱着小寶寶大老遠走過來，説一層沒位置，你們去樓下吧，抱着孩子下了兩層樓梯，結果下面人滿為患，又抱着孩子爬樓梯上去，到入口處發現一樓根本就有位置，跟服務員理論，這他們才趕緊認錯，把我們帶進去，真的是無腦服務！另外早餐，本來也不咋樣，沒有肉食，衹有良種澱粉腸，宴會廳這邊早餐就更差了，咖啡機頻繁死機，後來更是直接收走了，什錦炒飯從9點就沒了，9點45才上來，變成了蛋炒飯，另外看到酒店早餐的飲料全都是沒有標簽的桶裝飲料，然後倒在大容器裏。所以這個早餐質量和服務，基本可以説比還不如快捷酒店，跟千元一晚的房價絕對不匹配。

1.摳門：第一次見酒店最遲2點退房2點就讓人開車滾蛋的，多停一分鐘都要收費。
2.打掃衞生馬虎：坐便器圈上尿漬都沒擦，窗邊沙發後有不知哪位房客留下的葯盒。
3.前台有房不給直接辦入住，必須要微信掃碼訂（從沒見過有房前台不能辦入住的）。當我表示要攜程訂房時，前台告知不是自己官網會很慢，可能要等一兩小時才可確認入住。這都2023年了，訊息傳遞這麼慢的嗎？
4. 晚上吃了收費自助餐，兩大兩小792元。牛排熱的次數多了嚼不動；每個大人半衹龍蝦凍的，肉很鬆，上面的粉絲比龍蝦都大；海鮮多是貝類，有螃蟹沒吃，魚有紅燒魚塊、酸菜魚；最後吃麪條吃飽的。
5.窗外的長頸鹿公園裡沒有長頸鹿。
