Stayed here for the second time. Although it is a tourist city, there are a lot of rooms, but it feels much better than other homes I have stayed in. It is not a problem of old and new, but really controlled the details.

很滿意。。招待家裡來的親戚。。這應該是我們新寧縣最好的。最大。最新的酒店。。招待客人還是很有面子的。衞生還不錯。早餐也不錯。值得表揚的是忘了一個洗面奶在淋浴間裏面。酒店及時聯繫我們。。[強][強][強]

第一次去崀山，因為帶長者選擇了商務型酒店。在新寧縣這個小地方選擇性很小，想住好一點基本上衹有崀山國際。整體裝修和地理位置都不錯，但和標準五星級還是差距挺大。
設施：框架結構還不錯，但保養的不是很好，床偏硬，更適合老年人。地毯很軟，隔音不錯。
衞生：做的也比較粗糙，茶几牀頭櫃都有點陳年污漬，雖然開業也沒幾年。
環境：周邊環境一般比較雜亂，和商務樓在一起，停車場也是共用的，因為正月入住率高，車子是全部放行的。
服務：服務態度是不錯，但服務意識和能力比較薄弱。一開始吃好午飯回去準備去爬山，想去前台拿兩瓶水免費去房間拿了，被告知前台沒有可以在酒店超市買，前台有他們自己燒了喝的也可以拿杯子接。出差旅遊N年，第一次遇到五星級酒店飲用水需要自己買。晚上洗澡剛進浴室發現小瓶洗髮水沐浴露都用了快底朝天了，上一個客户用過後服務員壓根沒檢查更換。致電前台想讓他們儘量仔細一點別有這種低級失誤，被告知馬上補送上來，沒有覺得管理上有什麼不妥，反而顯得我小氣了。早上退房告知兩個房間的窗户都很難開關，一方面是結構問題另一方面是老化了，前台説這邊酒店窗户是一直不好開關，實在開關不了可以叫服務員幫忙。而沒有意識到應該讓維修部看看處理一下。我不能每次開關窗户都叫服務員，最後衹能不開算了。😂
