出風口一晚上不停的響，跟拖拉機一樣，明知道有聲音的房間還要給客人安排，帶着孩子大半夜也沒法換房間，來個人看了就走了説沒法解決要第二天工程上班才能解決，然後就沒有然後了，這麼大的酒店就這服務態度也是夠了

住過很多酒店，這個硬件超5星級。走廊就很香，房間乾淨且智能化，應該有新風系統。訂的含香行政房，在2樓。有健身房、有健身房、有健身房！啞鈴、史密斯架什麼的都有，對我來説太棒了。

酒店設施不錯，新開的酒店，停車場很大，周邊吃的比較多，硬件設施相對價格，比較有性價比。但是前台業務不熟，説了很多外行話，兩間房讓安排到一層，都被拒絕掉。在其他酒店基本訂兩間房，提前都會安排好。

酒店環境非常好，乾淨衞生，高檔豪華舒適，智能小管家“小愛同學”能按照主人要求聲控播放音樂、凈化空氣、關開窗簾等。酒店比較注重細節，如智能馬桶配備了一次性馬桶墊，準備了兩瓶常温礦泉水和兩瓶冰凍礦泉水。前台服務熱情貼心，看見我們在攜程衹兑換了一張早餐卷，便主動贈送了一張，服務周到。酒店離萬達很近，步行5-8分鐘，停車位充足。

如果衹把它當個豪華酒店，它特別好，房間大，設施新，位置優，離萬達很近，停車方便。但是既然叫毛尖酒店，是不是弄點跟毛尖有關的，比如大堂可以弄個品茶的，順便賣茶，然後早餐能不能延到10點，到9點略微有點早。

因住過，當時感覺還不錯，故再次選擇，可這次感覺完全不對了，一進酒店大門，無人接待，前台好幾個人，也沒有客人辦手續，確都不抬頭，沒人打招呼，房間衞生打掃得也不乾淨，地面還有客人掉落的東西。離店時行李無人管，都是自己取車，自己搬運，自己裝車，自己放還車，無人問津，前台2位連招呼都不打，忙也不幫，總體感覺冷冰冰，沒有賓至如歸的感受，很失望。
