Maybe it was too late to check in, maybe there were too many people on May Day, the room I was assigned was leaking, the roof and wall were all cracked, right above my head, the front desk phone was always unreachable, and I finally got through with my mobile phone. After explaining the situation, I was told that there were no rooms, and there was no compensation, so I decisively refunded the room for the second night. With this attitude, I can only contact Ctrip. Ctrip's attitude is to solve the problem. They said they would change the hotel for me. It was past 10 o'clock, and I had been shopping all day. I was too lazy to move with the elderly and children. Later, they applied for compensation for me. In addition to the problem of the roof, the facilities are simple and old. The toilet seat is yellowed, and the towels and bath towels are also yellow. Although I don't know how to use them, I feel that the hotel does not pay attention to hygiene. There are only two bottles of water in the parent-child double bedroom. I was told that there was no water. The rooms were all booked during the May Day holiday, and they didn't even prepare water for the rest. The breakfast in the restaurant is very simple, and eggs and milk are not available. Alas, the child asked how the 4.5 rating came from, which is not up to the name.

The facilities are old, not many people live here, the quilt is damp, there is no TV, only an internet set-top box, and the house is empty when you open the window, which is quite creepy.

Resort style, the room is an independent courtyard, the interior is clean and spacious, cost-effective, suitable for vacation travel. It is a distance away from the shore service area, the scenic area management road, it is not easy to get a taxi, it is more suitable for driving in, and the parking space is spacious. 🥹

The biggest problem with your hotel is the service. There is no breakfast at 8:55 in the morning. In fact, it is no problem to cook a few more eggs during the peak season. We didn't go late and there was basically no food! If the service can't keep up, it will definitely not be a good hotel! The girl at the front desk is better and gives people a comfortable feeling

We checked in on September 9th and booked a room on Ctrip. The pictures looked pretty good. We were arranged to stay on the 5th floor. The room facilities were okay, but looking inside through the balcony, the villas inside were built but not decorated, and it was quite desolate. In addition, I was the only one staying in the entire 5-story building that day. After communicating with the front desk, I reluctantly changed to a room on the first floor close to the front desk. After moving to the first floor, the glass door leading to the balcony could not be locked. Considering the safety of sleeping at night, I asked the front desk to lock it. The front desk failed to lock it the first time with the key, and kept saying that it was okay and didn’t want to look for the key again. At my strong request, it was finally locked. The final check-in experience was: the hotel front desk service was not good, I hope it can be improved in the future! The hotel hygiene needs to be followed up!

The room was OK, the service was so-so, there was no place to eat lunch or dinner, the location was remote, you had to go three kilometers away for lunch and dinner, there was more than one spider web on the ceiling of the room. Few people stayed there during the off-season.
