辦完入住，上樓，房卡打不開門，下樓説消磁了，重新弄，上樓開了門，看電視，顯示沒信號，不會弄，找服務員，也弄不出來，在他們某個羣裏報修，過了20分鐘左右，來個人，弄好了，第二天下樓吃早餐，回來又打不開門，下樓重刷，上來還是打不開，叫的服務員才打開，床單有洞（見圖），龍頭漏水，看者挺好的大樓，太不專業了吧。

路過盱眙，在這裏住一晚。酒店蠻大的，景觀還可以，山景房是靠路的一側，即使住高層，還是略有噪音，睡眠較輕的慎選。攜程送了房型升級，但酒店實際並沒有升級，服務感覺一般。房間設施算是中規中矩，電話是個擺設，根本不能用。酒店餐飲價格很適中，一份飯20左右，可以在房間點餐。早餐不錯，種類豐富，就在河邊，景緻很好。盱眙是龍蝦之都，隨便找家小店實現龍蝦自由，很好吃。

本來對這種老酒店的設施是沒有報多大期待的，整體還是對得起價格，談談服務，早上六點鐘房間門鈴無緣無故的響，第一次以為是誤按了，雖然被吵醒也沒有理會，隔了十幾分鍾又響了一聲，完全沒有睡意，爬起來看了看，也沒有啥動靜，結果隔了一會又響了，真的有點過份，爬起來開門看了，門外沒人，打電話給了大堂經理，結果電話接起來沒有任何説法，硬硬的來了句，知道了，我讓人去看看。後續就不知道了，八點多下樓去吃早餐，到了門口給了一張早餐券，門口的工作人員用質疑的語氣説還差一張，我説就給了一張，然後餐廳的人説不可能，你去跟前台要去。我出示了攜程的訂單寫着雙早的頁面，明確的拒絕讓我跑一趟前台的説法，並且告訴她是你們自己的失誤，為什麼讓我跑來跑去，你們不能自己電話確認一下嗎？早餐券的問題作罷。退房的時候問了一下前台為什麼門鈴無緣無故響的問題，估計我早上反饋了之後也沒人去細究，就模糊的跟我説可能門鈴有問題。哦最後提醒一下，歡迎水果提前放置到房間，但是空調可能沒有提前打開，晚上入住了西瓜已經有點味道了，這個食品衞生安全還是要注意一下。
