The hotel's location is great as it is between 3 local districts. It is close to downtown Xuzhou and Wanda Mall. The hotel is connected to a shopping center, making it a great location for families with young children.
The manager is wonderful while some of the staff are clueless about basic interactions. For example, the receptionist called my wife to warm her of my arrival because I am not Asian or Caucasian, as a result suspicious.

Reception is wonderful. Customer service is top notch. Very neat and tidy. Conducive and in a good environment. Access to stores in case there's need to buy something. Location isn't bad. Food is ok

After reading the reviews, I still don’t believe it. When I arrived at the front desk, I booked it and asked me to upgrade. If I said no, the front desk would tell you that the room was very small. There were 3 or 4 air-conditioning units outside the inner window, and I still had to pay for an upgrade later. , I just want to know what it looks like without an upgrade. If it’s so bad without an upgrade, why would you sell it? Unscrupulous merchants

房間雖然不算大，也不會覺得小，乾淨衞生，雖然靠着高架，關上窗户隔音效果還是很好的。下面就是好多好吃的，旁邊的八戒燒烤吃着就很好

這兩天過來考試，住了這家酒店，服務很不錯，還有耳塞，我走的時候有東西沒拿，打電話提醒我回去拿的，而且保潔阿姨還主動給了我塑料袋裝濕毛巾。服務態度很好
