預訂了花間堂2晚的套餐，在南京住了一晚，到徐州住了一晚。徐州的花間府就在回龍窩景區，鬧中取靜，環境特別好，古色古香。交通也便利，對面就是户部山，去戲馬台走着就去了。我們是晚上到達酒店的，走在景區裏時碰到了工作人員，就幫我們提行李進酒店辦理入住，辦理完又幫拿行李到房間，還贈送了水果。房間裏設施齊全，前台小姐姐特別温柔，還很貼心，早晨我們房間的水沒有了，給我們拿了好幾瓶，説出去玩時可以帶着路上喝。退房時還送了小禮物，總體不錯的入住體驗。唯一美中不足之處：由於酒店在景區，景區路面實在不方便拉行李箱，距離還不短，很不方便。

酒店所在地交通非常便利，徐州東站出來2號線換一號線就可到達，離市中心非常近，步行十分鐘左右，酒店所處就是個景點，晚上非常熱鬧，房間不管是設施還是配套都很不錯，唯一吐槽的就是酒店的下水道味道大，衞生間門關上可以擋住，但還是需要此方面的改進，服務員很熱情，有問必答，温柔耐心！

清明節來徐州旅遊，選了這個鬧中取靜的酒店，房間寬敞，設施齊全，浴室空間超大。這個酒店是我在徐州旅遊期間的一股清流，畢竟幾天玩下來，徐州餐飲業和服務業的水平和江浙滬核心區域差距還比較大，挺多糟心的地方，但是在酒店的體驗非常好。 酒店的服務非常貼心周到，精確到每個細節，比如帶寵物的還會贈送寵物禮包，臨走給客人有伴手禮等等。無論前台還是其他工作人員都能積極響應，遇到問題及時提供幫助，從態度到行動都讓人十分舒心，遺失的物品當天也安排快遞寄出來。 另外酒店雖然在回龍窩的景區裏，有不少遊客會進來拍照，但是酒店設計了非常合理的門禁，客房區域需要刷房卡進入，遊客能拍照的衹有很小一塊地方，避免了入住期間被嗚嗚泱泱的遊客打擾。
