Fruits, yoghurts, jams, etc. In a word, don’t die of hunger! The room is warm and cozy (No. 208), tea, water, comfortable bed. Friendly and polite staff. Clean and comfortable room, towels changed every day. I recommend.

Friends! I want to share with you my impressions about the Orto-Doidu hotel (Yakutsk). I lived there for over 2 weeks. I will not paint a lot of things, although it is probably worth it. I will divide my review into "+" and "-" hotel. "+" 1. This location is the central area of the city. Comfortable. 2. Kind and helpful staff, BUT not all... 3. Inexpensive laundry, BUT with "gags"... 4. Good cleaning in the rooms! Maid girls cleaned well, thank you! This is where the positive points end ... "-" 1. The complete absence of sound insulation. For example, a couple of times I was awakened at night by someone's VERY loud bed joys. Probably someone had rented the room for a few hours, because after two hours the footsteps in the corridor informed me that I could sleep again. And I understand if there was a full hotel, but it was half empty. Did the administrators really not understand why people rent a room and could not give some distant number from the guests? Very unprofessional. 2. The hotel has not been updated for a VERY long time and has not even seen a facelift. The wallpaper in the corridors is peeling off, the light on the second floor works on motion sensors, but there is very little time. The water is in the corridor and when I got water (it was evening), the light turned off and I had to touch the kettle with water. In the room, decorative stucco molding was also moving away from the ceiling and a curtain for curtains hung on its last legs. 3. Breakfast... This is a separate number of my review... It consists of scrambled eggs or porridge - the only hot dishes. The buffet had a sausage with cheese of very dubious quality + winded. And the most interesting - foam rubber sausages, from which then during the day wild heartburn. I had breakfast 3-4 times, and when I saw that the assortment did not change, I stopped going down for breakfast. A three-minute walk from the hotel there is an excellent culinary shop "Shagane". They have delicious coffee and pastries. 4. Staff. He is different. One of the girls is always with a displeased face, which generally repels from talking with her. I approached with the question that there was no hot water in the room one day, she looked at me as if I had ruined her life, and began to decide something there, while not saying anything to me. The second girl apologized and said that they would sort it out now. Strange behavior. There were situations that showed the unprofessionalism of administrators. For example, when it came to wi-fi. It very often did not work well, and this problem was solved by rebooting the router. To this I was told that they did not know how to do it. But then somehow we solved this problem. There was a situation with the key to the safe, they simply could not find it at the reception and they just brought me another safe (thanks to the administrator guy for this). Periodically had to wait for administrators at an empty reception. No one came out to hear the bell. When I came to wash things, and for the first time washing cost 150 rubles, a disgruntled girl announced the amount of 250 rubles to me. I say that I washed it a few days ago for 150. She took 150 from me, but started talking about

Была проездом, выбрала Орто Дойду, так как находится рядом с рабочим местом. Обрадовало, что завтрак включен. Номер чистый. Сотрудники очень доброжелательны. Также есть сауна. Сотрудники помогают в заказе такси, и заказом еды в номер. Но за доп оплату ужин тоже предлагают. Отель на три звезды.

Добрый день! Мы останавливались в Якутске буквально на одну ночь, были проездом. Остановились в вашей гостинице и не прогадали!) Номер чистейший, сама гостиница очень уютная, прекрасный Wi-Fi, можно спокойно работать, завтрак замечательный, кофе, чай, соки, яичница, каша, салатик и тд Все не перечислить ☺️ В номере тоже есть все необходимое, чтобы даже чемодан не распаковывать: халаты, тапочки, гигиенические принадлежности. Также в номере небольшой чайник и чай с сахаром, можно спокойно попить чайку после дороги. Мы прекрасно отдохнули и набрались сил перед дорогой! Спасибо вам огромное ❤️

Отличное месторасположение - центр города, все рядом в доступности. Номер чистый, уютный. Чистое постельное и полотенца. Персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый. Готовят вкусное кофе. Так же есть завтраки. Все понравилось))
