Reception at arrival (midnight) was occupied by an arrogant employee, not helping at all. The other days, the receptionists were pretty good. Hotel was occupied from about 5% (estimation), breakfast was 1 possibility from 2 choices (rice congee or noodle soup). Surroundings is poor, many shops and restaurants closed, sea and beach full of garbage. Pools closed except very good pool on the roof of building 2. What to say more? The place looks like abandoned, not maintained, sad feeling.

It was a good first visit but we will probably not return. This side of the island is a bit bare and the food is all a bit same ish. The cleanliness could definitely be improved, as always the corners are pretty grimey. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but the fact that the beach and pool were quite expensive (between 118 - 156 per person) and the food options were very limited made it not the best place and we will try somewhere new next time. That said, the infinity pool on the top of the hotel is free and quite nice!

The hotel is in a quieter area on the east side of the island. Check in was fast and easy. Ms Eileen was very nice and made it all pleasant and smooth. The room was large and newly renovated and had a two balconies with a pretty good view of the ocean. The pool on the 32nd floor had an amazing view and did not cost any extra. The beach swimming area is part of a water amusement park so it cost extra (59RMB for the beach and large children's pool) but you can go further down past the hotel to the public free beach but there is no swimming allowed. There are other water activities such as an inflatable obstacle course and kayaks but these also cost extra. The ocean was very nice with lifeguards on duty.
There are many restaurants on a lovely boardwalk and we had some great seafood and bbq. We have stayed at other places on Hailing island and this area would be a great place for families with kids but I would like to see guests at the hotel get a discount for the water activities and beach. We will return again for sure!

酒店在敏捷黃金海岸內，下樓即可步行到海邊沙灘遊玩，很方便。前台管家熱情款待，免費升級了房間，值得點贊。房間設施齊全，床鋪舒適，陽台側面觀海，視野開闊，頂樓的天際無邊泳池，可一邊暢泳一邊欣賞無敵海景，非常壯觀。

До моря идти минут 10-15. Не близко.
Провели 2 ночи в этой гостинице.
Из +: отзывчивые сотрудницы на ресепшене, помогли решить проблему с парковкой.
Из -:
1) везде лестницы! нигде не предусмотрен проезд с детскими колясками, чтобы пройти к морю нужно нести коляску на руках, так как везде лестницы, много лестниц! Это очень испортило впечатление об отеле. Поэтому не посоветую этот отель, если вы едите с ребенком в коляске на отдых. Пандусы и съезды отсутствуют.(нашли в одном месте пандус, но он наглухо закрыт на замок)
2)в номере нет фена, нет кофе машины или хотя бы растворимого кофе. Только 1 пакетик зеленого чая и 1 черного. Очень скудно.
3) завтраки посредственные. Один раз поесть можно, а на второй день уже не лезет. Еда однообразная каждый день. Нет кофемашины на завтраке, тостера для хлеба. Одним словом, завтраки требуют доработки и улучшения.
4) номера уставшие, отсутствует сушка для белья на балконе. Как сушить купальники и полотенца после моря…
