本人經常出差，大小酒店都住過，都有一個共同點就是辦理入住時都會遵循先來後到的規則，這個規則也是老少皆知的最基本的規則，可是這個酒店前台可能是不太懂，辦理入住時我在後邊排隊，把我當成空氣一樣，是看不到我的面部表情？一點眼力見都沒有？如家這個牌子在國內也算中等不是很差的，不要求你有什麼服務，起碼連最基本的培訓都沒有？？？真的很拉低“如家”這個牌子

如家真的該整改了 不同城市的如家·neo 都有一樣問題 隔音，超！級！差！！！！！！！！！！！！！ 這次在陽泉我真的深受其害 旁邊屋的女住户前半夜哈哈哈笑後半夜啊啊啊叫 真的是沒有一點公德心 我多次想拿起座機要求換房 但真的太晚了 覺得是在折騰自己 就沒打 就一直忍 忍到半夜四點多 這樣的體驗 真的 超級不好！！！！！ 所以 根本該解決的是隔音問題 儘快吧 要不以後誰還想住啊家人們
