It was past seven in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly. They upgraded the room and helped us take our luggage to the room. The room is well-equipped and clean. I stayed in the room intermittently after checking in. The hotel provides breakfast, but I didn't eat it because I couldn't get up. You can rent an electric scooter (the handsome guy at the front desk reminded me several times: drive slowly and be safe! Hahaha). It is great all the way from Guilin to Yangshuo! The room is cozy and spacious. The hotel is very close to the Li River and the Ten-Li Gallery. It is very convenient to rent an electric car for travel. The room cleaning staff is also very friendly. It feels very good! It is not only a comfortable and pleasant stay experience, but also the fireworks of life.

The room type was upgraded free of charge during the off-season. Taozi's service was very good and enthusiastic, and she responded to every request. The hotel is very close to Liu Sanjie, just a few minutes' walk away. The only drawback is that breakfast is in another hotel owned by the same owner. Although it is not far away, it is still a bit inconvenient. The hotel over there receives tour groups, so the breakfast time is too early, and those who need to drive cannot get up, and those who go with them are not allowed to pack their food.

Away from the noise of the streets and the sound of car horns, the environment is quiet, clean and comfortable. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Impression Liu Sanjie and 10 minutes to walk to Lijiang Pier. It is suitable for people like us who like quietness, laziness and slowness. When I left, I forgot some things in the room, and the front desk sent them back by courier. It's a very thoughtful service. I will stay at their house next time.

I brought my kids here during the Spring Festival. It was my first time in Yangshuo and I didn't know where to go. The front desk also recommended a route for me. I didn't make any mistakes. The kids had a lot of fun. The transportation was very convenient. I stayed in a fast-paced city for a long time. I especially like this quiet place. It's very relaxing. The hotel staff had a very bad service attitude. They didn't arrange the hotel. When they opened the door and went in, there were people inside. When they asked them to change rooms, they said they didn't have any. They even asked customers to pay the difference. In addition, the hotel is in a small alley. You can't drive into that alley at all. It's very congested. After finally driving in, they asked us to get out again, saying that we can't park in their basement. It took half an hour to enter a 50-meter alley. And the customer service attitude is very bad. They didn't tell the boss the reason, and kept saying that we asked to check out. It was obviously their own work mistake, but they still let the customer pay. This kind of people is simply a discredit to Yangshuo. Because of this kind of people, I will never go to Yangshuo in this life. If you want to book a hotel, take a detour, Wanjing Villa, you have to be lucky!
