Yinxin Valley Net Red Travel Photography and Hot Spring Resort (Yulong River Scenic Area Store)

Ok, I hate writing bad reviews, but if I can help someone who’s choosing a place to stay, here is our experience. First of all: staff really really kind, nothing to say about that. They helped with the heavy luggage (no elevator), they offered us different rooms so we could choose, they rented us for two hours an electric bike and didn’t ask for money, the washing and drying of clothes is also free! Fantastic, wright? Now for the bad part, the hotel and rooms don’t look at all like the pictures, they took them when the place was new and the hotel today is in pretty bad shape. There is a strange smell in all the room and they are not clean. Stains on sofa, bed, spider wed on the wall, mold in the bathroom, dirt (hairs, not ours) on the floor…it just wasn’t clean. The worst part: COCKROACH. Enormous, in the room. Never seen in my life such enormous ones, I don’t fear bugs, but cockroaches no thanks!!!!!

it s not Hot Springs hotel. ( just a simple basin with hot tap water) wrong description and deceptive advertising. price/quality miss-match. not recommended.
