Everything else is good, otherwise I won’t look back The facilities are 4 points, because the air conditioner is too cold, the air conditioner in two rooms is not as cool as the mahjong room, and one room is not cold at all.

I started to buy a standard room and saw the link says "Free upgrade room type". I didn’t expect to ask, I can’t change it, it can only be a standard room. Your hotel is reluctant to upgrade customers, so why write "free upgrade" ? What is that not to deceive customers? Later, I returned the business room I bought, and there were still many room types unbooked. Why is it so stingy that I can't write it? Many pools in the hot springs are not open, and the ones with sensor switches are insensitive. The only comfort is that there are salty hot springs. The first time to soak in salty hot springs is good. The attitude of the front desk is average, and the sanitation and environment of the business room are also acceptable.

當年一開張就幫襯過，感覺很好。這裏的温泉很好，水療不錯。但設施真的需要升級一下了，還有服務態度/意識也真的要培訓一下，浴巾換一下吧^_^，之所以提出意見，還是想以後還會來的，總體ok，新春愉快

一套所謂別墅的一層居然有兩台機麻，有一台打麻將的男女半夜大呼小叫，再加上麻將機轟轟聲，吵得無法休息。凌晨兩點打電話給總枱也沒有什麼效果。更奇葩的是服務員兩次突然開鎖進屋，見有人就説開錯門了。第二天早上又來開鎖推門，因我有昨下午服務員突然闖入 的陰影，夜裡就挿上了門保險鏈，她推不開還使勁敲門，我大聲問她要幹嘛？她又説開錯了。恐怖！！！

別墅外部環境很好，內部設施陳舊，被子薄，床不舒服。温泉水質好，温度合適，人不多，但裏面沒有浴巾，要返回更衣室取。温泉和房間都需要改進。

酒店雖然有點老舊，但温泉還是真的，泡完温泉感覺很舒服，皮膚好潤滑，如果環境能搞好一點就更吸引人了。

挺好的，也比較乾淨，温泉不大，泳池大但是水不恆温，玩的挺開心的，房間還行，環境挺好的，如果泳池的水能恆温就好了。

划算，性價比很高 現在泡温泉真的舒服 好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好

晚上11點半入住酒店，發現沒有熱水洗澡，打電話問前台，前台説入住後才開始煮熱水，要等半小時燒好熱水，我説換個房間有熱水的，前台説沒有，我們這裡是這樣的，你才知道嗎？真是太失望啦，大家入住這家酒店要謹慎呀！入住手續也超簡單，也沒有拍照隨便一個身份證就可以入住了。
