Excellent! ! The boss is very polite and gentle! I arrived late at night and made several calls to bother the boss. The living environment was quite good. There was a travel plan and WiFi. The room was also quite good. What kind of bicycle did I need for only 44 yuan! It's really a good deal. I left my headphones in the room, and my boss even sent them to me. Hahahaha. I’m really sorry. The view from the room is quite beautiful, and the transportation is convenient.

最特別的感受是被子超舒服超軟，枕頭也和其他地方不一樣，床品這塊真是沒的説，三件套都是純色的，入住體驗非常好，雖然男生女生是對門但是影響不大，室友也很好相處，洗澡會提前問，還有廚房可以使用，有個小哥每天燒菜特別香～～晚上還可以坐一起看電影，老闆也每天都打掃衞生保持乾淨，體驗很不錯的。
南洪街的糯糯王國雞蛋餈粑真的很好吃我每天都去吃，好吃到想把這家店打包進口袋帶走，這樣就可以隨時吃到了。

地理位置優越，離煙台站很近，宿舍環境不錯，但是舍友挺重要的，如果打呼嚕有點影響休息，但是睡一晚還是不影響的，入住負責人很好，唯一缺點就是衹有一個廁所，需要排隊使用一下，其他都好~

店主很熱情，也很細緻周到。因為天天早出晚歸，沒有來得及拍照。室內環境如店主所發照片，很温馨，也很有個性。室內即可看到煙台山，出門右走即為大悦城，斜對面就是振華商廈，十分便利。

離煙台站很近（其實出門坐一站公交就到省得走路10分鐘）。附近有所城裡煙台博物館福建會館等可以去看看。所城裡可以傍晚的時候去。推薦煙台博物館。

일단 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 옌타이 역에서 걸어서 5분이면 도착할 수 있습니다. 거실에서 내려다보이는 뷰도 좋습니다.
다만, 타올 및 각종 어메니티는 제공되지 않고 화장실 청결도에 약간의 아쉬움이 남습니다.
