優點:酒店地理位置優越，離長島港很近，估計大概2公里左右，出租車也就是起步價，酒店窗外就是大海，還能看到長島港，景色不錯，交通方便，早晨樓下就有排隊的出租車，還有共享電動車也很多，旁邊有飯店。缺點:隔音出奇的差，完全沒有一樣，晚上10點多能聽到隔壁孩子哭，大人聊天聲音，樓上叮噹的，早晨5點多馬路對面施工叮噹的聲音也是清晰可見，晚上睡的不好早晨還被吵起來，遊玩心情都被變差。玻璃隔音太差，結合個人吧，極不推薦

窗外景色不錯1分，房間也寬敞1分，但是衞生堪憂，設施老舊，按説21年裝修不該這麼舊的，衞生間膠條都發黑捲翹了，淺色的床頭櫃上留有毛髮。可能是在海邊比較潮濕，地上竟然有大蟲子，踩了一腳，噁心壞了。離店的時候比較匆忙，沒顧上跟酒店反饋，晚了幾天酒店説退房了就沒法解決了，在哪個平台訂的找誰去😂。酒店樓下喝酒的唱歌的也比較吵，雙層玻璃也擋不住…唉四百多塊住了個寂寞，旅遊旺季也不奢求啥了

酒店很不錯，能看見港口落日！大窗户面對大海！☞提醒一下內陸的朋友們，海鮮還是少吃，實在想吃就帶上諾氟沙星，不然就和我們一樣拉的暈死過去，晚上還得去醫院掛水，當然這是個提醒，還是要看個人情況。

房間還可以，床很寬，2米4的床，酒店也比較安靜，窗外風景不錯。早餐一般，但是基本都有。比較難受的是洗衣房洗衣掃碼付款，這個不應該是免費的？更加難受的是洗衣機和烘乾機都壞了想花錢也用不了。

衞生條件很差，有頭髮，下水道腐爛，凌晨12：30特別吵鬧，我住二樓，一樓海鮮大排檔吵鬧聲讓你無法睡眠，而且滿房間都是小龍蝦的味道。全是大排檔的油煙，已經崩潰。請大家千萬注意，如家真的沒有一點家的感覺，而且還的受到傷害。

酒店位置很好，就在海邊離長島港非常近，大約800米距離，酒店設施比較新，該有的都有。衞生也不錯。
樓下就是小廣場，也有早飯和海鮮飯店，一大羣海鷗雕塑的那個公園就在馬路對面。從酒店去文化街很近，樓下就有租電動車的商家，一家三口，一輛車就可以。四個小時七十多，還是挺划算。
運氣很好，騎車去海邊，看到了雙彩虹，美極了。

本來是定了民宿，到了以後看就建造好看，衞生真的不行，溝通了退房，還是定了如家商旅，不管怎樣，還是連鎖酒店更靠譜安心！到了酒店看看服務和房間，都比民宿踏實安心和滿意！到景點打車也方便也很便宜，真的沒有必要住在海邊的民宿！帶孩子出門，衞生和舒適度還是第一，吃飯也方便！

酒店大堂熱情有禮貌，房間乾淨衞生。去時已到淡季，房價合適。酒店對面是海，緊靠長島港口，距離不到一公里，站在窗台，長島港盡收眼底。
