是一家老賓館了，各種設施很舊，不過勝在性價比不錯，百來塊錢含早餐，早餐有包子、雞蛋、白粥、麪條，定量供應沒得選擇。

環境：環境真的差 對不起172的價格 房間倒是挺大廁所的紙裏面有蟑螂（那個紙在盒子裏不好拿，我就拿出來用，結果拿出來，才發現裏面有一衹蟑螂）用的是自己帶的紙， 房間的牆上還有蜘蛛 説實話我這個價格在宜賓隨便都能找一家住了 反正不推薦 下次再也不會來了

過道，房間都有一股異味，估計是下水道和地毯發出來的，地毯太舊又不好徹底清洗消毒，衞生間下水道沒有使用防臭裝置，所以發出異味…

房間寬大，設施設備完善，乾淨衞生整潔，環境安靜，還有專門的陽台，如果有專門配有茶椅就最好不過了，外部環境綠化率高

距離金沙江、大觀樓都近，安靜！房間很大。綠蔭很多！安全。
衞生間的乾濕分離做的不好。
早晨比較簡單，不是自助，而是指定的菜品:稀飯、饅頭、雞蛋，麪條，鹹菜。

房間大，衞生間大，乾淨衞生，還帶陽台，有晾衣桿，好洗衣服，水又熱又大，好洗澡。🈶個超級大的停車場，好停車。環境清幽，安靜，好睡覺。150不到的價格還有兩份早餐，品種豐富，吃到撐。實在是太划算了。不是星級賓館，但享受到的確實星級服務。以後再來宜賓還會入住。
