"My partner and I have stayed in this hotel before in February. Came back again just to enjoy this hotel again. Again, this hotel did not disappoint at all, cleanliness was still excellent, service was very good and convenient especially being able to communicate with the front desk using WeChat. They even gave us an upgrade of our room. The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us when they saw us. The cleaning staff were professional also (they even tucked our soft toys into bed haha). The gym is also very well equipped and well maintained considering it is a hotel gym. They even have trainers at the gym, and they have PT classes at the gym too but of course you have to pay for it. But the gym staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I think this hotel would definitely be our first choice in Yibin always. This hotel is a great reflection of the people of Yibin, warm, welcoming and very loving. Highly recommended! Best hotel in Yibin!"

"This is the second time I came to this hotel. This time I tried the most common way. There is a separate building opposite the hotel. The cost performance is still very high. It is still very convenient if you drive by yourself. The parking lot is completely sufficient. The breakfast is rich, the service staff is polite, will actively smile and help, very professional Facilities: The hotel has everything, including hot springs and swimming pools, but now the swimming pool will not open until 12 noon. If it can be opened one or two hours in advance, I will give full marks. The facilities in the room are also very complete, the refrigerator and capsule coffee machine are very practical, but the TV projection is not very convenient. Hygiene: Very clean, very safe, the bathroom is spacious and comfortable, without any odor. "This was my first time in Yibin, and I had a great experience! The Jiudu Hotel is located right in the old city center, and the super large parking lot made parking incredibly convenient. It's just a few hundred meters walk to Shuidongmen, and all of Yibin's attractions are very close by. The hotel breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of options, and the staff were very enthusiastic. I'll definitely be back!"

There was little variety, the taste was poor, and critically, items weren't refilled promptly. When I asked the front desk for ice, they said they only had crushed ice – speechless. **Facilities:** Just look at the pictures – the bowls were chipped."

"The hotel is in a good location, in the Lingang Xintiandi business district, and parking and dining are very convenient. There is a wetland park at the door with beautiful environment. There is also a beautiful mountain opposite, and the Eye of Sanjiang is on the mountain. I booked an ordinary room, but I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. It was much more spacious than I thought, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a good view. The facilities and equipment are quite complete, and there are disposable toilet mats and shoe-shining cloths which are very considerate. The staff were also very warm and thoughtful, and asked us if we wanted to bring water when we went out. I also tried the breakfast, which was rich in variety and had quite a lot of fruits. To sum up, this hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended!"

"The location is a bit remote, but the sanitation is relatively clean. It's convenient for people going to nearby schools, but not suitable for sightseeing. The rooms with terraces near the furniture mall are noisy. This is the first time I've seen a terrace in a mall. The soundproofing in the rooms is not very good, and you can hear even the loudest snorers. However, the front desk customer service is okay. Late-night snacks and breakfast are not free; they are included in the package you purchase. One bad thing is that the cleaning lady. I told her that she didn't need to clean, but she still went in to take out the trash after I left. This is not good. Guests who have stayed for several consecutive days have clearly stated that they don't need to clean, but they just don't want others to go in. If they need any tissues, they will ask for them themselves."

"The most uncomfortable hotel I've ever stayed in… Around midnight, the room was leaking, with water seeping in through the window. I called the front desk, and they sounded like they were unhappy working the night shift. Did the guests owe them money? The room was leaking, and they claimed it was water pouring from the upstairs room. The room they gave me was different from the one I booked, without any prior notice. I was wondering why they were so kind as to provide breakfast. Some of the staff in the breakfast restaurant were incredibly arrogant, treating customers differently based on who they served, even picking and choosing who to greet. The staff at the elevator were also arrogant. I don't expect them to have exceptional service, but if they can't even be friendly, what are they doing in this industry? Does this hotel belong to all the staff who own shares in it? This is the first time I've given a hotel a bad review; I simply couldn't tolerate it anymore. Oh, and by the way, the bathroom was leaking too, the door wouldn't close properly, and water was seeping onto the bed… This is the quality you get for over 600 yuan a night?"

Breakfast was busy on holidays, which is understandable, but frankly, the selection was pitifully small. The noodles were lumpy, and the milk they served had a strange taste. Seriously, they should have tasted it first before serving it to see if it tasted right. My child took one sip and immediately thought it tasted wrong. 3. The promised IHG member benefits were nowhere to be found. The service is quite different from other IHG locations. This place didn't even bother to ask if I was a member. However, I understand it's a holiday…"
