Secondly, the sound insulation was extremely poor. At three o'clock in the morning, there were sounds of people walking in the corridor, closing doors and talking, and people talking in nearby rooms. I woke up several times in the middle of the night. Fortunately, the next day I asked the front desk to change the room to a room far away from most people. A little quieter. Furthermore, the breakfast time was not on time. It was promised to be 7:30, but it turned out that we could only eat at around 7:40. The service staff at the breakfast place were very average. You can check the monitoring. I will not go into the specific problems here. It is recommended to strengthen personnel service management. Also, the room is not equipped with a hair dryer. This is the first time I have seen it. The small B&B where I stayed does not have such a hair dryer. I contacted the front desk, but a broken one was delivered to me. I was also drunk, so I contacted the front desk and asked for a new one. , replied that the housewife was off work and couldn’t find the hair dryer. . . I'm speechless. Do you want me to bear the consequences of your negligence? Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I was prepared for this before booking the room, but the glass shelves for toiletries in the bathroom were not put in yet. I just moved the hotel toiletries from the lower floor to the upper floor. It shattered with a bang, and the glass was all over the floor. Two waiters came to clean it and said they wanted to report it to the supervisor. After a long time, they came back and said that there was something wrong with the installation of the shelf. When they were cleaning it, it often fell and broke. I lost it, and their supervisor said it was okay, forget it, no need to compensate. I was shocked. I thought they were coming to apologize to me, but it turned out that I was overthinking it. Your facility has safety hazards and you still let guests use it. This time there was no harm. It was a blessing that the guest was injured. Instead of apologizing to the guest, he even considered asking the guest to compensate. He didn’t dare to let the child take a bath in the house at night for fear of being pricked by broken glass. The father took him to the bathing center downstairs to wash the two of them. The reviews are pretty good, and the three-piece scrub and massage set is 39 yuan. The breakfast is simple and there is nothing to eat. It is basically steamed buns and egg porridge. Moreover, hotel guests and bathing guests share breakfast. Remember to bring your own slippers when staying in the hotel. There are no disposable slippers, only shared plastic slippers. You have to ask for a hair dryer at the front desk. The one you are given is a wall-mounted one. It is the first time you hold a wall-mounted hair dryer and blow it there. After walking around the town, this is probably the best hotel in the area, and the service staff are also conscientious. However, the ceiling of the local hardware and software is only at this height. I can only say that I should try not to stay in Jinshan if I can.

The funniest thing is that the staff outside are so loud. I kept listening to them all night, shouting and talking, putting down their slippers and throwing down their slippers. Piapia was chatting and laughing, and the intercom was so loud. There was no quiet time the whole night. They were shouting slogans in the morning and I was speechless. There was no hair dryer in the room. I went out to the front desk and asked the front desk to leave the room in the middle of the night. I asked the front desk if I could lower my voice. It was not quiet at all. The person next to me imitated my speech. It was really funny. I have never encountered anyone worse than this in my life.

房間乾淨整潔，窗外正對着金祖峯，風景很美！聽説他家有套餐，點了一個99元四個菜的套餐，鍋包肉外酥裏嫩酸甜可口，松仁白菜餡餃子是我平生第一次吃過的，清香撲鼻！醬燜河魚鮮香嫩滑，香辣蟹料足味道正宗！入住餐飲一條龍的超值體驗！

第二次入住鑫水灣商務酒店啦，感覺一如既往地好！之前定的大床房，在陰面，跟前台溝通後，同等價位給調到陽光房標準間，服務態度非常好！房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，而且入住的客人，可以免門票去洗浴中心沐浴汗蒸，真的是太周到了！這家酒店離五A級風景區金祖峯僅僅50米！超級棒的入住體驗！下次旅遊看雲海，還選這裏！

在房間就能看見金祖峯，太讚了，衞生還可以，挺安靜的…爬山最方便的選擇了，價格也合理，帶早餐領長者和孩子方便很多

早餐味道挺好的，離金祖峯確實很近，服務態度還行。 但是那麼大的酒店，也算景區旁邊，還是好好管理一下吧。 1.入住時候朋友的房間酒店還沒打掃完，收拾完屋裡洗漱用品和水都沒有，又叫房嫂拿的。 2.我的房間窗簾拉上中間有一掌距離的縫隙，不方便換衣服，包括天亮後會透光，聯繫酒店無法解決，我想換房，房嫂就一直讓我湊合一晚。後來説前台給我解決，也沒有後續。（憑什麼啊… 我又打電話給前台才給我換房，還需要我下樓換房卡，換的房間被子是亂的，桌子上還有用過的牙刷，房嫂又堅持説是打掃後的房間。（真的很無語… 我又給前台打電話換房間，這回換的房間馬桶是臟的，垃圾桶裏也有垃圾，沒有一次性拖鞋，被單上也不乾淨，枕頭下面有頭髮。 這是我第一次住這樣的酒店，最基本的衞生就這麼難嘛……真的太無語了……
