Swissotel Uludag Bursa

The hotel is very impressive overall. The building is very beautiful. The team is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, new and spacious. There is only one restaurant but the food is good. The gym is great. I had a good Swissotel experience, I was really happy, thank you very much. I have three comments: 1) It's not exactly a ski hotel. They said there was a shuttle, but what is called a shuttle is actually a paid transfer. You can reach the mountain by car in 15 minutes, no problem. It can be preferred by those who want to spend quieter evenings, it is more beautiful than any hotel on the mountain. 2) This is important. Under "Accommodation facilities and amenities" it says "Bar" with a cocktail glass icon. There is also "Bar" information under food / beverage. These are misleading because the hotel does not sell alcohol. There isn't a bar. If I had known it was like this, I wouldn't have come. 3) Coffee is sold for 253TL ($8), which is higher than even the best new generation coffee shops in Istanbul. But at least we can drink a quality coffee, Nespresso capsules are a bit shameful at this price.

It manages to be the best hotel in the region. We had a tremendous experience with its staff, customer relations and concept. The technical details at the hotel are very successful, the quality kitchen team makes you feel special. You can solve all your problems with a single phone call, from entering the hotel to leaving. It is a great idea to use a hospital building dating back to 1946 as a wellness hotel. It is in touch with nature with its location in national parks. Everything starts with the sincerity of Mr. Görkem and Ms. Deniz, who greet us at the entrance door. When you enter the lobby, you are greeted by a magnificent and spacious environment. We were amazed by the attention and attentiveness of the entire reception team during the check-in and check-out procedures. Ms. Ferya, Ms. Damla, Ms. İrem, Ms. Duygu, Ms. Emre, Mr. Cem made the beginning of our stay beautiful, but we were a little sad to say goodbye to them at the end. We thank all of them very much for all their efforts. I would also like to thank the floor managers and housekeeping staff who took care of our room, they are incredibly caring and sensitive about cleanliness. We used The Quarter restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Open buffet breakfast is available in the morning. In addition to being very diverse, ginger, beetroot and lamb's ear shots were prepared and they were incredibly successful. There are also things I would like to thank about dinner. As soon as I stated that I had celiac disease, everyone tried to help. I would like to thank the patisserie team for their interest and concern. I must also say that I am very grateful for Chef Mehmet Bey's special attention. Our waiter friends - especially İkbal, Berat and Emir - have very good human relations, their eyes were literally shining while they were taking care of us and talking to us. I have never come across a service that I enjoyed this much before. Thank you, friends. The spa, which we use to relax during the day, has a steam room, Turkish bath, sauna, indoor pool and a hot pool located outside despite the weather conditions. We had great fun while using the spa. I would like to thank with all my heart Mr. Arda, who accompanied us to the spa with his pleasant conversation and sincerity. It's a place to go even just for the friendliness and sweet conversations of the spa manager and staff. Finally, forget all the vitality cocktails and detox waters you drank before. Go and try those amazing cocktails prepared with Ömercan Bey's own recipes. Then you will understand what I mean. Thank you Omer, you were amazing. Team like team.

The hotel is very good overall. We stayed in February. All hotel staff are attentive and careful about service. Apart from a few minor glitches, there were no problems. We had to remind them again because the reception did not bring two separate requests. Since we couldn't see an espresso-like machine for breakfast, we requested one. A machine can be placed. It would be hotter if the tea was given from a teapot/machine instead of a thermos. Breakfast varieties ***meat is enough. Our late check-out request was not received positively, but we found an interim solution. The spa area is beautiful. The a la carte menu for dinner is also good. The use of wood ovens shifted our preference in that direction.
