酒店服務人員素質很高，服務非常熱情周到，房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，床品舒服，自助早餐品種豐富。酒店環境很好，很乾凈，也有停車場。更值得一的是酒店斜對面就是鼓樓步行街商圈，非常熱鬧，出行交通也很便利。總體是物超所值，是一次非常滿意的入住，極力推薦大家入住。

環境非常好！各種設施都特別新，很乾凈。位置也很方便，在老城區馬路旁，前台小姐姐還貼心地幫忙換到了不臨街的房間，贊！☺️酒店對面就是一個商場，出門就可以打車，很方便。離鼓樓就幾十米路！贊贊贊

超級不錯👍
1.酒店地理位置很好，距離鼓樓很近，出門就能看見鼓樓，鼓樓方向往前直走點就是玉皇閣，玉皇閣路口右手邊下去直走能到清真寺🕌 清真寺那邊有很多賣牛羊肉的，不錯的嘞。鼓樓旁邊有個小寧園，可以散散步，鼓樓右手邊，是步行街，有很多服裝小吃店， 往前直走銀川商城一樓有很多小吃，商城同一排左邊有個小夜市，鼓樓左手邊下去也有個夜市小吃街。離南門廣場也很近。
2.出行方便，出租車多，公交站台也近，出酒店左右兩邊都有，坐飛機可以去南門西港航空酒店門口坐大巴🚌，離銀川汽車站也很近，三四公里吧。
3.酒店環境很棒服務很周到，住了好幾天了，前台姓任的，姓李的兩位帥哥態度很親和，態度可好了， 客房服務也很棒，打掃續住的時候很細心，很有禮貌，打掃的很乾凈。我退房時見到了酒店總經理和一位姓楊的美女，她們給人感覺就很友善，笑的很真誠，難怪酒店從前台客房到保安都很有禮貌，如家真的如家一樣，首旅如家，我記好了，以後來銀川住酒店一定住這家。

不錯的，房間雖然小，但床墊彈性好，1.8米的床，一個人睡得很舒展。尤其點讚的是那個記憶棉枕頭，回彈力超好，我是屬於頸椎不好的人，太適合這類住客了。逛街超級方便。
