First of all, we felt unfriendly to individual travelers from the moment we checked in. We arrived at around 5pm, and there was not a single car in the parking lot. The front desk directly arranged a room on the first floor for us, saying that only the first floor was not occupied yet. After we finished cleaning, we later asked to change to another floor, and the front desk reluctantly changed us to a room on the second floor. It can be seen that there are rooms on other floors. OK, this is not enough to make me, a person who never writes reviews, give a review for the first time and it is a negative review. What I couldn't understand and accept the most was that we got up late the next morning. The hotel's breakfast time was until 10 o'clock. We hurried to have breakfast at around 9:40, and a middle-aged woman in her 40s came over on the way. , said to us with a look of disgust, don’t waste it, take what you want to eat, and said that you also often stay in hotels, so you must know not to waste it. When we first got up, we were confused, and we were scolded inexplicably. When we realized what we were doing, Look, we were still eating, but it was wasted. At that time, there was only a rotten corn and half a hard bun on the plate. Why was it wasted! Bad review! Bad review, as for the smell in the room, forget it, it doesn’t respect customers at all! I'm used to being arrogant when picking up group guests, so I strongly don't mind checking in!

The water pressure in the room was very low, and the quick service number on the landline phone couldn't be reached!

The room is very clean and comfortable, the service is attentive, and the price/performance ratio is very good

設施：設施高檔，硬體條件好，軟體條件奇差無比 環境：位置偏遠，四周四下無人，離市區開車要半小時 衞生：衞生打掃不及格，馬桶蓋上有贓污 服務：服務人員沒有訓練，一問三不知，反應問題不即時，大堂經理不處理問題。

這個酒店個人體驗真的很好啊！這個價格能住的規模我覺得很值得！外觀看上去都很大氣，停車也方便旁邊是個演藝中心中間還有一個庭院，辦理入住還給我做了房間升級，服務態度很奈斯。值得一提的是早餐居然送到房間來，可惜我起不來～沒吃～很推薦在伊寧市住這裏！就是周圍沒什麼吃的～但是自駕真的很方便～

酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，服務態度熱情周到，酒店服務細緻入微，員工禮貌謙遜，態度熱情，酒店房間安靜，私密性好，讓人得到充分的休息和放鬆，酒店的價格合理，性價比高，是一家值得入住的酒店。#衞生

還可以，就是空調不好使，有點冷。 房間設施還是挺齊全的，感覺這個酒店主要是做旅遊團的。但是性價比可以的。
