設施：該有的都有，房間裏如果有什麼沒有的可以到前台詢問老闆。
衞生：房間乾淨，被子其他都很柔軟舒適
環境：不錯不錯
服務：老闆熱情大方贊贊
真心感覺不錯，性價比高，交通方面距離絲路小鎮和火車站都不遠。

民宿老闆夫婦非常實誠熱情，他們家自己的房子，可以用他們廚房，每個房間都很大，對自駕遊的家庭來説很經濟實惠，有個大院子，有洗衣機，把旅途攢的衣服都洗了，位置雖不在市區，伊寧不大，去機場火車站都方便，出去不遠各種吃的都有，漢餐居多。

位置有點偏，離市中心區域有點遠，不過伊寧市區也不大。房間很大，設施齊全。一樓的小院和大廳也不錯，樓頂晾曬衣服很方便，這是比一般酒店好的點。老闆人不錯，挺熱情的。
