I went to Yokohama to watch Jay Chou's concert and booked a hotel close to him. Overall, it was a good hotel with American breakfast. I recommend it.

In order to watch Jay Chou's Yokohama concert, this hotel is the closest to the concert, which is quite good. You can walk to the concert just by parking your car. I look forward to staying here next time when there is a concert.

The hotel facilities are very good and the service is first-class. But traveling is not convenient.

This hotel is a Japanese-Western five-star hotel in Yokohama. I stayed there for three nights and it was like having butler-style management and very, very considerate employees. I swear I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I go to Yokohama. It’s really, really comfortable, gorgeous and clean. It’s a five-star hotel. You can’t make a wrong choice.

Unexpected surprise, really great, no matter what aspect, the Japanese service concept is very considerate service, from the concierge to the front desk check-in, to the room service, the room service is clean, tidy and comfortable. Later, we went to the lobby bar to take a rest and watch the night view. Well, it is worth staying again. I will come back next time I come to Yokohama.

A leisurely Hawaiian breakfast in your room! It was great!

At the end of the year, I had a relaxing time with my family. I think women are particularly satisfied with the amenities. The faint Hawaiian fragrance is soothing.

Of course, it's a very famous hotel, so it's bound to be excellent, but all the staff I met greeted me and had a great feeling of welcoming guests. The room is also spacious and comfortable. I had high expectations after seeing some posts saying that the breakfast was delicious, but it was just average. My wife feels that there are not many types. I think I happened to pick up the food at the buffet when it wasn't being served.

It had great service and cleanliness typical of a Japanese hotel. The only drawback is that the location is a little far from the station.

Thanks to my wife's help with the surprise, the attentive service, and the friendliness of all the staff, it was a great stay.

A great hotel with first-rate service and environment.

Speaking of normal, it's normal, but when I came to stay at Kahala, the drink in the refrigerator that was recommended as a set was like a bijiho, and I couldn't help but regret it. Others were good. There are many local beers, teas and soft drinks from Hawaii and Yokohama... I thought it was a waste to have an atmosphere that is thin but has a lot of effort.
