The water strength of their shower rooms is strong, I like it!

This is my 1st time booking for capsule hotel type From the location and the cleanness it’s so good I’m very recommend this hotel for you who going alone, it’s save and the staff is so nice

Cozy place. A tv that can either be a good thing or a bad one if ppl turn it up too loud and spend hours on it zapping around. In the same time in that same common area it’s forbidden to talk, as this place is supposed to be for eating and working, but then they place a tv with Netflix and YouTube and all that stuff in that same room. It’s too hot in the dormitory with too thick blankets at the same time. Otherwise the view from the common space is great and there’s a balcony for smoking on the other side of the apartment. In the end I worked in the stairway…also they place the ppl close to each other even if there’s a lot o space to keep them at distance. So half of the dorm was empty but still I had a snoring guy sleeping right underneath my bed…this can be improved.

Had a bad experience staying here…when one of the lady staff came to us and told us to refrain from talking…at that time no information or signage to say we shall not talk at the Living area from 9pm….until next morning then she put up the sign and information …kind of disappointed…but the Guy stafff was really very helpful when I extended my stay

The location was good. I didn't meet the staff when I checked in and out, but it was good that I could check in and out by myself. The futon and pillows were not clean, and I wish I had known beforehand that towels and other amenities were charged. There were no disposable slippers. There were also people who seemed to be long-term users, and they were obviously unemployed, which was scary. I wish they would check their identity properly. I won't use this again.

The dormitory is located in Motomachi, so it's easy to get to sightseeing spots, and you can enjoy the view from the common space. It's also convenient that you can check in without anyone there. The bedroom is like a capsule hotel, so I was able to sleep without worrying about other people.

I saw many comments saying that the fully automatic self-service check-in is troublesome, and I was worried for a while. I didn't expect that when I checked in, not only did the front desk staff help me check in, but they also introduced each room and my bed in detail. In addition, there were staff at the front desk every day during the few days I stayed, so I didn't think I had to worry about the check-in problem. The bed doesn't look big from the outside, but it's enough to lie in it! The lights are also warm and bright! There are paper cups, water dispensers, and microwaves in the public lounge, where you can eat and chat. There are two men's toilets, two women's toilets, and two separate small shower rooms in the bathroom area. I didn't encounter any queues when I checked in, and the hygiene was good. There was a hair dryer to use after washing my hair. The only drawback is that there are a lot of mysterious curly hairs in the gap between the mattress and the bed board! Obviously, other places are quite clean, why is the bed like this. . In addition, bath towels, disposable toothbrushes, pajamas, etc. all cost extra money, but they are not expensive, all about 50 to 300 yen.

Located on the third floor, the stairs are very narrow and there is no elevator. There is no front desk for self-service check-in. If you go late, you will be informed of the entry code on the door, which is good. The interior is relatively simple and the space is small. Men and women share rooms, which is inconvenient to move around, but the hygiene is acceptable.

You have to go up to the third floor through the small stairs. There is no one on duty and check-in is done by yourself. This may be unacceptable to many people, but I don’t have much luggage and I brought my own supplies, so the experience was actually good. The space is relatively spacious, and there are a variety of storage cabinets to choose from.

The receptionist was very friendly and the hotel was clean. I was only staying overnight so I was hoping to just get some sleep, but the other guests were well behaved and I was able to sleep soundly. The hotel is also conveniently located, and there are lots of great shops around, which was appealing. I'll definitely use it again when I come to Yokohama.
