We loved this hotel- wonderful setting nestling on the coast and a view of Mount Fuji. The customer service was amazing and the staff could not have been more helpful. Food was excellent and free bar made us smile. A magnificent place to visit.

車でアクセス。敷地内は急坂で狭いがスタッフが誘導してくれる。部屋はこじんまりしているが清潔感がある。ドリンクフリー、レイトチェックアウトなどサービスが充実。レストランでの食事は美味しいが他のオーベルジュと比較するとあまり特別感を感じなかった。

葉山ではなく横須賀のホテルなのだが、ホテル名に葉山と入っているため、葉山にあるホテルと思わせてしまう不思議なホテル。 以前の支配人様とマネージャーとスタッフの方が皆フレンドリーかつ親切でよかった。 小規模ホテルなのに、ゲストサービススタッフというのが何のサービスをしていだだけるのかよくわからず、チェックインやチェックアウト時に、挨拶すらしないで立っているだけのスタッフが当たり前の様に何人も散見される独特のサービススタイルである。 部屋が広すぎで、歩き回る様になっただけ無意味に疲れる感じがする。 バスルームに入る段差も新設され、バリアフリーではなくなってしまった。 また、オフィス家具の様なテーブルと退店催促される様な硬いソファーでリゾート感はなく、機能的な配置というより、スタッフ本位なのではないかと感じられる。 また、レストランも以前の方が、フレンチのフルコースと感じられた。
