BDH Beimei Shiguang Resort Hotel

A friend recommended that we book early. We mainly accompany our children to ski. The hotel service is very enthusiastic and warm. I would like to thank Manager Shuangshuang for his patience and thoughtfulness in treating guests with a sweet smile. Although the hotel facilities are not very new, they are very clean. There will inevitably be various situations during the Spring Festival holiday, but the hotel management is still very user-friendly to help guests resolve problems. Standing at the window every day and watching my children take the cable car up the ski slopes is very warm. I can only say that the vacation is too short.

North American Time is a very convenient hotel for skiing in and out. The rooms are not big but are clean and "warm". In addition to keeping the skiing equipment warm the next day, what is even more heart-warming is that our housekeeper-guest room Manager Chen was able to meet our reasonable needs and think of what we wanted. It was our first time to come to Beidahu, and there were always things that were unreasonable. Manager Chen was able to help us smoothen our travel plan, and it took us three days in the blink of an eye. The trip is over, I have to thank her and come back next time I have the opportunity. This year’s Northeast is full of wonderful surprises!

The five-day trip was a bit rushed, but the enthusiasm for skiing remained unabated. It was very convenient for a family of three to travel. Room manager Liu was very considerate and caring, and even helped take care of the children despite his busy schedule. His service quality was first-class. The decoration of the hotel is a bit old, and the elevators are running slowly. I hope they can be improved. Everything else is good. The two free hot spring tickets per day are not enough. The 150 charge for children over 90 centimeters in the hot spring is a bit awkward, but it is much better than Changbai Mountain. The coffee for breakfast is not freshly ground coffee and tastes a bit sweet. The special ski tickets for the three northeastern provinces are half price. If you buy them directly online, you have to show your ID card and scan your face on the second floor. The waiter at the front desk who exchanged the ski tickets did not have a strong sense of service and did not even provide basic greetings. It feels cold, which lowers the quality of the hotel. I hope it will be better next time.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is truly ski-in and ski-out. It has its own ski hall and the cable car is right in front of the restaurant. It is really comfortable, especially on weekends when you don’t have to queue with other tourists. The hotel has a bathtub🛁, it’s so comfortable to take a dip after skiing. The most praiseworthy thing is Liu Zhenhua, the room manager, whose service is very enthusiastic ❤️ and helped me solve many difficulties. I couldn't buy heating pads, so she gave me her own heating pads, so that I really have something to go home to. Feel. I have stayed in many hotels, and the service provided by Manager Liu is the most thoughtful and enthusiastic I have ever seen👍👍👍.

I have never been to Beidahu, and this is my first time living in North America. I thought it would be an ordinary ski trip, but the hotel's service was surprising. The sudden enthusiasm was flattering. They sent fruit plates, arranged room changes, and other trivial matters. They responded to every request. In the end, I was too embarrassed to speak. Thumbs up for Meili Liu and Meili Chen, 5 stars cannot reflect excellence, at least 5.5 stars.

The room I booked this time was so suitable. It was on two floors with my eldest son and my second son. There was no interference. The eldest son rarely said it was very nice. There was also his own "Snow Garden in the Sky" upstairs😀, where I could play in the snow and see fireworks at night. 🎆, the service is also good. I was in a hurry when I left. Manager Liu helped arrange the luggage racks and gave the children drinks. This year is over. See you next year! A few suggestions: Can you find a way to put several shelves like containers in the room, or set up a few rows of hooks, for example, under the stairs, where you can put helmets, face protection, gloves, snow goggles, snow socks, etc. every day? After skiing, they are piled up everywhere. They are not neat and tidy, and they are not easy to dry. They are difficult to find and are easy to lose when skiing.

In North America, it is considered to be better among resort hotels in all aspects, with all the necessary hardware and services. Coaches, ski equipment, shuttle buses, warmers, facial patches, three meals, heating, hot water and other aspects can be provided in a timely manner. There will be a dedicated supervisor on the floor. Room supervisor Chen provided drinks and fruit plates, and enthusiastically asked if the mineral water was enough every day. Thank you very much. I didn’t feel the prices in Northeast China that were reported online, but in addition to skiing, there are still many interesting places around the hotel where you can eat and hang out. Beida Lake is beautiful and I look forward to the next snow season.

The location of the hotel is very good, with ski trails right outside the door. It is very convenient to have an underground parking lot. The lobby is simple, atmospheric and has a light fragrance. It’s nice to have red date tea at the front desk. The front desk is beautiful and generous. The service is enthusiastic, proactive, efficient and thoughtful. The room has good lighting, bright, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. Highly recommended.
