本來是訂的別家民宿，攜程幫忙換的，結果出乎意料的好，老闆人很好，早早的聯繫幫我們安排免費車位，幫忙拿行李，不限量礦泉水。他家的位置也很好，在第一排，景區門前一覽無餘，視野開闊，忘記拍窗外景色了。

為了夜爬靈峯方便，我們選擇了靈峯山腳下的雁盪一山居民宿，民宿出門右轉幾分鐘就到靈峯景區。温韾的客棧，依山而居，春暖花開。民宿是老兩口經營的，老闆温文爾雅，和藹可親，熱情地幫我們搬行李，給我們介紹遊玩的攻略。房間乾淨衞生。
老闆娘也很熱情，為我們準備豐盛的早餐，有小菜、雞蛋、鹹鴨蛋、包子、饅頭、油條、小米粥等，營養早餐，健康一天的開始！值得推薦的民宿。

超級滿意，強烈推薦！
1.離靈峯景區步行5分鐘，看日景、夜景非常方便。
酒店外面就是美景，羣山環抱，雲霧繚繞，油菜花海，溪水潺潺，放鬆放空的好地方。
2.老闆人特別好，耐心的給我們講雁盪山遊玩的攻略、買票、交通，幫我們少走很多彎路。
3.正常早飯是9點左右結束，老闆看我們帶孩子，連續兩天等我們到10點多。早飯非常豐富:雞蛋，包子，饅頭，青團，油條，粥，小菜，炒菜一應俱全，營養豐富，口味在線。
4.房間安靜，窗外就是靈峯。乾淨衞生，設施齊全，住的非常舒心。
5.民宿位置好，無論是坐公交車，還是打車，去各個景點都很方便。門口就有好幾家飯店，炒菜、海鮮、麪條都有，超市也有，生活非常方便。

2024年龍年的四天清明節假期，按計劃遊覽了三山五嶽中唯一還沒有到訪過的雁盪山，體檢了一回初春煙雨江南的朦朧和浪漫。因為是自助遊（高鐵＋公交車），考慮到購買的200元景區通票中包括了夜遊靈峯，自己沒有車的情況下，就選擇住在了靈峯景區附近而不是很多網上説的響嶺頭，這樣夜遊靈峯比較方便。該民宿的地理位置不錯，就在靈峯景區大門口旁邊，過了小溪上的牌樓右邊就是該民宿。周圍的環境也不錯，從房間裏面向外看去就是青山綠水奇峯怪石，小溪邊桃花迎春綻放喜迎來賓，人面不知何處去？桃花依舊笑春風！客棧乾淨衞生整潔，設施齊全，提供紙拖鞋，還提供免費的礦泉水（第一天可能忘記了轉天就補上了，不必苛求），老闆還提供了針線服務，雖然是小事一樁但管中窺豹該民宿的服務意識和態度可見一斑，並不是所有的民宿包括酒店賓館都能做到的！房價中還包含早餐，早餐質量也不錯。總之，民宿不錯的位置、提供的設施和服務對得起兩百多元的價格，值得推薦！

酒店位置在靈峯景區，距入口處百米不到，停車在店前十分方便。空氣純凈，環境整潔安靜。卧室大窗明亮，山景映入室內，美不勝收。房間雖小，卧具舒服，潔具質量𣎴錯，燈光明亮。因我腿傷不便，店家把早歺送到一層，早歺主食四種，雞蛋鴨蛋，小菜四碟，炒菜一盤，衞生可囗。主人是退休老教師，待人誠懇熱情，主動指導遊玩方略，提供方便。

民宿的位置非常好。就在林峯景區的門口，老闆非常熱情，告訴我如何能把車子開進來，而且還保留了車位。酒店房間很乾凈，最棒就是窗户打開就是景色！早餐也挺好的，豆漿，油條，稀飯，肉包子，發糕，鹹鴨蛋，鹹雞蛋，鹹菜這些東西都有，挺豐富的。我還用這個老古董暖水壺泡了杯茶！
這次是全家出行，我訂了兩間房，這兩間房都挺寬敞的，全家老小都能住的下！
