設施環境衞生都很好，裝修很新，住的很舒適，放間內茶具不錯，還會有兩袋茶
服務：前台入住時就一個人在太少了，辦理服務時效率不高，辦理入住等待時沒有人服務，沒有前一天住的麗楓酒店周到會給熱毛巾和茶水，但提的要求不要靠馬路可以滿足還算不錯，而且走的時候給了離店禮這點好評

首先因為位置選擇的這裏，靠近南湖，往東去高鐵站、往西去岳陽樓景區都很方便，而且旁邊就是商場，有茶顏悦色，還有家本地的燒烤小店 小烤小串 也不錯很好吃（中午不開），下次其實也還是可以考慮住回這裏。缺點就是附近熱度高的吃的比較少，大部分都在岳陽樓步行街那邊、然後這家茶顏是沒外賣的，喜歡茶顏的話要選靠近外賣鏢局的。
然後住的是臨街一邊，其實聲音還是蠻大的。
其他的話服務態度都挺好，有求必應，入住也有送五一假期禮品，全季的房型也是一如既往的很好很大哈哈哈

設施：新開的酒店，環境很喜歡，走進大堂，淡淡的清香。有一個大的長條桌，坐在那裡辦公刷手機挺好，主要是可以充電自由。房間配了空氣凈化器和體重稱，十足的安全感。酒店有2個停車場，是露天停車場，停車方便。
早餐：給贈送了一份早餐。是自助餐，喜歡他家的辣椒炒肉炒碼，放米粉裏味道很好
地理位置：離高鐵站乘車大概15分鐘，很方便。別看岳陽是個小城市，交通還是挺方便的，高鐵，飛機都有。
服務：前台服務熱情，也很熱心。
房間乾淨温馨，每次來岳陽出差，都會選擇這家店。

房間佳的還不錯，挺乾淨，服務員態度都挺好的，房裡還有免費的水和飲料，床品都很舒服，房問也挺智能的，環境挺好的，交通也挺便利的，打車出門就可以上車，高鐵站十五分鐘就到了

一直相信全季的服務和衞生，這次入住體驗也非常滿意。不僅有入住禮，還有離店禮！房間一如既往的乾淨，早餐也還不錯哦。停車場有兩個，附近有一個大商場。比我們前一天住的民宿好太多，住着比較安心～
