The only dissatisfaction is that people who don't rotate room types queue up outside to share the family hot spring. In such a cold weather, guests have to queue up outside. There are only two public family soup rooms in the entire hotel. There is no shower room in the room. Only public showers can be used. I think this hotel is not good in terms of hygiene. Only the staff serving the restaurant are very nice. I think the front desk staff could learn from the restaurant staff. Only suitable for people who drive, because it is quite far from 7-11 and main streets.

I think there are 2-3 Korean employees. The facilities are very good. If possible, it would be a good idea to get a room with dinner included. We ate outside and came in, but it was quite uncomfortable. 20 minutes walk from Yufuin Station to Baien Ryokan (If there is no hotel pick-up service, a taxi would be easier.) Please note that food is not allowed. The hot spring can be used after 15:00, but the hot spring water is a bit lukewarm at 15:00. If you use it immediately after checking in at 15:00, you can use the family bath. It's farther from tourist areas than you might think.

I felt comfortable because the Korean staff communicated well, and I was impressed by the atmosphere of a high-end ryokan. The attitude of giving a separate room guide after carrying the suitcase to the room was great. I was especially impressed by the open-air bath with a view of Mt. Yufudake. It was nice to be able to use the family bath. The yoga was so soft and comfortable that there was no need for a bed. It was early October in the mountains and the air was cold, so I slept with the heater on. I checked out feeling well-rested and healthy without any discomfort. I definitely want to go again.

A Japanese-style hotel with a sense of design hidden on the side of the road. There are oversized bedrooms and soup pools with male and female pools and family pools. It's a pity that I couldn't make an appointment for breakfast and dinner. There is a happy hour from 7 to 9 in the evening. Very considerate service, a pleasant trip.

I was satisfied with the Bayen Hotel. However, even though I accurately made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children on Trip.com, Byen said that there were no reservations for children. I paid an additional cost of 110,000 won.

As soon as you walk into Yufuin Plum Garden, you feel like you are far away from the hustle and bustle. The lobby and outer garden have both a Japanese style and a modern feel. I really like it. The layout and size of the room are very good and user-friendly. We are a group of six, and the hotel arranged a very large private room for us to eat. The food for dinner and breakfast is of high quality, and the service is very good. The waiter has a smile on his face. The warm hospitality is commendable. The place for bathing in hot springs is very convenient. There are two quite large private hot springs that you can enjoy for free. People who are not used to bathing with others can also use the private hot springs to truly relax and enjoy themselves. The six of us all like Plum Garden very much. Highly recommend this hotel. Since the location of Meiyuan is relatively hidden, it is not easy to find it using the navigation system when driving by car. The hotel may consider adding signboards at intersections for guidance.

Japan is the worst. The hotel has no services. The hotel 1.5km away from the business district has no convenient facilities. The hotel that has not booked brunch cannot provide it at all.
