酒店環境周圍環境幽雅，建築設計有特色，位置是獨據二環旁園博園裡一個小島，設施齊全，衞生很好，服務無論前台還是大堂經理服務人員真的太貼心太周到了，我們帶着爸媽八十歲的長者，所有大堆行李由酒店前台小妹和一個大堂負責之類的男士用兩台行李推車送進房間，拿到相應位置。房間漂亮實用，陽台景色宜人，所有的服務人員笑臉相迎，噓寒問暖，還給長者主動準備了蕎麥皮枕頭，長者説太貼心舒適了，我衹是第一次來玉林，路過一夜去桂林，沒想到這麼小的城市有這麼好的酒店！而且四百多元的可心價格，讓我旅行第一站就倍感幸福。晚上房間放了水果和紅豆薏米湯，好喝又營養，第二天的自助早餐全面周到，味道好，品種齊全，爸媽很開心，説酒店服務人員的小姑娘都那麼温柔漂亮，讓人賞心悦目！

環境：酒店綠化很好，山青水秀的，特別是大堂前面有一大片草坪和寬闊的湖面，晚上下來在酒店內走走很舒服，適合放鬆心情。
服務：前台小姐姐人都很好，服務態度特別好，説話輕聲細語的，入住和退房都主動幫拿行李和帶路。贊👍🏻

酒店房間和環境超級好。前台管家主動加了微信，之後有事問詢和開發票等等很方便。
酒店免費的自行車可以繞酒店外圍、玉林園博園一圈，騎行逛逛一小時左右。晚上9點，酒店還提供夜宵，牛肉麪很美味，還有免費外借2小時的民族服裝絕對是意外的小歡喜[呲牙][呲牙]
