Lijiang Yulong Snow Mountain Hot Spring Hotel

We chose a hotel with a hot spring for our last day of the trip to relax, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel's location is a bit remote, it's perfect for self-driving tours. Plus, they offer a value-added service of a 10km car pick-up and drop-off within Lijiang city. We returned our car in the ancient town, and the driver picked us up to go back to the hotel – a seamless transfer! The private hot spring tub in the room was excellent, fully smart-controlled, and all the in-room amenities were also smart. When we called the front desk, they responded quickly, and the shuttle arrived very fast. Xiao Ying and Xiao Gu provided great service. As for the dining, afternoon tea can be delivered to the room, beautifully presented, and the mini-bar was well-stocked with not just soft drinks but also many snacks. The most noteworthy was the hotel's dinner hot pot; the yak beef felt even better than in specialized yak beef hot pot restaurants.

To make sure my teenagers were comfortable, I specifically booked this hot spring hotel through Ctrip. The room was really spacious and the bed was huge, perfect for families with older kids. The hotel was very responsive; on our last day, they even upgraded us to a standalone villa, which was excellent service. The breakfast was quite tasty too. I'd definitely bring my parents here next time if I get the chance.

The room was great, quite spacious, and very clean. The private hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They added me on WeChat beforehand and proactively asked if I needed help filling the hot spring tub. When I checked in, they came out to assist with my luggage and even brought it to my room after I'd settled in. They also delivered afternoon tea to the room, and the pre-booked airport transfer service was perfectly on time. **Snow Mountain Hot Spring Afternoon Tea:** Included cake, yogurt, fruit, juice, and cookies – a really generous spread. **Hot Spring Room MINIBAR:** The fridge had Coke, soda water, and milk, which was a nice touch.

We stayed in the Octonauts themed room and it was decorated so warmly, my child absolutely loved it. We could even watch Octonauts cartoons on the TV. The hot spring has a lazy river, so you can rent a life preserver and just float around. All in all, it was a perfect experience!

Quite good, very satisfied. My parents and children all loved it. The service was excellent, especially the butler and the driver, who were both fantastic.

The villa isn't huge, but it's really cozy. It's small but has everything you need! The hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing. What really stood out was how friendly and enthusiastic all the staff were, from the front desk to the cleaning aunties. They were super responsive to all our requests during our stay! We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Lijiang!
