酒店環境很好很舒服，就是早餐太難吃了，還有就是攜程上訂324，現場定衹需要255，太坑消費者了吧，太假，花了三百多還告訴我十二點退房，一般都是兩點退房的，這錢花的真憋屈

酒店水用完了，一瓶水叫你加收兩元，説好兩點可以退房12點就叫你退房要給五星好評才給續到兩點，這種垃圾酒店還賣370多，我住過最垃圾的酒店，沒有之一

鬱南比較好的酒店，位於九星湖濕地公園的湖邊，周邊環境不錯，清晨和晚上可沿着湖邊棧道繞湖一週，預算允許的話要訂臨湖房。酒店旁邊有幾間食肆，推薦在譽宴酒樓喝茶，酒店的自助早餐能吃飽。酒店有地面停車場和地下停車場，自駕車的旅客出行方便。周邊推薦到大王山森林公園的西寧湖走走，美。

設施比較陳舊，這個還能接受。最大問題是衞生，可以説是差到了極點！剛進房發現洗手盆裏一根長髮，後來沖涼時發現很多。這完全對不起這個價格了！
