衞生還過得去。前台服務人員也可以，遇事還是很負責。窗户臨街靠路邊，白天不安靜。最差的就是安全非常差，電器設備全部都老化，不檢修，非常不安全，夜間電器設備自燃着火，造成顧客受傷。店家出事後老闆態度極其不負責任，負責人不出麪，愛哪投訴哪投訴去，就是不管。已經經官，維權到底。可能你有關係不怕，我不信雲浮這個城市法律是向著本地人，如果這樣，那真是城市悲哀。周邊旅店很多，價格合理，住店安全都達不到，你不適合開店。作為商家，都不敢負責，你也不適合。

設施輕微老化，總體還行，附近不少吃飯的地方很方便，價格不貴，晚上睡的很安靜，過來轉車住在這邊很方便。

進電梯一股尿騷味，然後房間的床單上有黑點不知道是什麼，隔音很差樓上開水龍頭聽的一清二楚，還有人往門縫塞小廣告真的很無語塞了很多張，浴室的窗簾好像發黴了，浴室下水道有味道，更重要的是，有蟑螂！！！聽見它往床上飛去，打開燈看見衣櫃那邊又有一衹！真的會把人嚇死大半夜的，很恐怖！好差好差好差！嚴重影響睡眠！

老闆熱情，交通便利，乾淨整潔，性價比非常高，旁邊就是公安局，安全感滿滿，50米早點店也蠻不錯，離客運站也很近。美中不足夜裡熱水不行，空調聲音偏大。總體滿意，值得推薦～

房間設施比較差。。吹風機跟充電似的衹能每次拿起來吹最多20秒，停了之後要過幾分鐘再用，吹個頭發花了一個小時。。。用過的枕頭被子堆在櫃子裏都黃了。。馬桶一定要用一次性墊才敢。。下次不敢去了
