我定了兩個房。最高級的沒有訂到，這個是次一等的，但也800多一個晚上了。
我實話實説。 掛5星， 初始分是5分。 幫我升級了一個房間+1分， 酒店周邊環境差，和圖片不符－1分。 附近50米有充電樁+1分。 下午4點鐘入住－1分。 讓我等待了90分鐘， 下午5點半才打掃好房間給我 - 2分。 沒有健身室－1分。 行政樓層沒有行政酒廊－1分。 隔壁房沒有得到同意， 就開出去接親房，吵得一塌 糊塗，－2分。 酒店的游泳池外包出去給培訓班了， －1分。 國慶入駐西餐廳不開， 中餐廳沒有服務員，還強制 推銷600多元的套餐， －2分。 酒店迎賓沒有服務員，需要自己推行李車， －1 分。 酒店內店鋪幾乎全部倒閉， －1分。 迎賓水果是晚上7點多送的， 不扣分。 一共負6分。 這家不是五星級酒店。大家慎重選擇！！！

房間老舊，進去一股濃濃的黴味，服務太差，一點點服務意識都沒有，自己找行李車，自己推行李，這是第一次碰到的情況，還是星級酒店，真的不可思議，真的不敢再住了，建議如果沒人手、缺錢，早點關門

設施：陳舊，2米的大床居然衹有一個牀頭櫃，打電話問前台，回答説就是這樣設計的，真無語。洗澡花灑出水細弱蠶絲，根本無法洗澡。
衞生：地毯已多年，牆皮掉在上面都是灰塵。
環境：差，房間的窗外是酒店的廣告牌，完全遮擋窗麪。
服務：明明知道這房間的問題，卻還安排入住，根本不為住客着想。
服務：品種少。

設施：房間床頭的總開關是壞的，不能使用。整體的燈光環境偏暗。而且裝修看起來比較老舊，加上燈光不好看起來更舊了。下樓的電梯一共兩部，其中一部是壞的。早上出門需要等。
衞生：整體衞生沒有問題
環境：隔音環境還是不錯的。
