衞生基本面可以，但細節有待提高，比如洗手池裡的牙膏漬、馬桶蓄水缸上的煙灰、房間裏還老有蒼蠅趕不走😂。住的那晚晚上安靜的，但早上六點多門口就有公雞很響地打鳴，斷斷續續地打了好久，睡不了了😂。沒電梯，全靠爬樓。
優點：房間敞亮，出門挺方便的，吃飯周圍就有，到聶耳公園近。總體可以。

房間衞生挺乾淨的，設施也挺齊全。另外，周邊的餐館和便利店超市也是非常多的，外出吃飯或者購物也是非常方便的。

這是我中度遊玩全國二十個省性價比最高，服務最好，最乾淨的酒店，沒有之一。位置也好離淘寶街（全是好吃的還便宜）走路十五分鐘，我連住三天老闆娘每天給打掃，每天送兩瓶水，屋裡採光也好，關鍵老闆娘還特熱情正義，我買的水果撈被誤導消費了，我以為是鬼秤，老闆娘還帶着我走出店門兩百米到認識的水果店稱重很替我打抱不平，如此熱情厚道的店家一定會很用心的經營這家店，以後會更好，這是第三天
