There is no service, no parking, no guidance, no lifeguards for swimming, and the employees all look tired. They are all gathered together and counted as a few hours of work. The hygiene is really bad. There is garbage on the floor of the room, handprints and stains on the items, and a layer of dust on the TV. The balcony glass is even more exaggerated. The food is also very bad. I had diarrhea after eating the cross-bridge rice noodles. I lost my appetite for breakfast. Every table is dirty. The most terrible thing is that there are dogs barking outside at night. It is continuous and creepy. I closed the balcony door and found that the air conditioner was not working. I was sweating from the heat. It was miserable. 😭 ​​I feel like I am here to survive.

It was a great experience. We upgraded to a garden room for free. My kids loved the Peppa-themed facilities. The swimming pool was great. It would be perfect if the scenery outside the hotel was more beautiful. However, the price is already great value. I will come again!

As an Accor Platinum member who has stayed in so many Accor hotels, Pullman Yuxi really needs to train the service staff's service awareness. Often the behavior of individual waiters will give guests a bad impression of the entire hotel. Such a good location, such a good scenery, and such new facilities should not be wasted!

Same as the previous review, I booked two rooms at once. The king-size bed room and the twin-bed room are not in the same place. The kids went to the swimming pool for fitness. Except for the large number of people, everything else was OK. After all, the facilities of the newly built hotel are OK. However, there are only three showers in the swimming pool. Parents with children lined up in the back. There is no cupboard. You can only carry your clothes in your bag and bring them in. When you come out, your clothes are wet. The staff is very enthusiastic, but maybe there are not enough people. I guess the service can't keep up with the large number of people during the May Day holiday.

The hotel we chose this time has a good location, quiet environment and convenient transportation. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable and the facilities are new. The service staff are warm, professional and friendly, providing us with a good stay experience. In addition, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, recommended! I will stay at his house next time I come to Yuxi.
